Appreciate your videos! Just found you. My son was diagnosed 8 months ago. Hard to be a teen with the diagnosis and wish there was a support group for teen boys. He doesnt know anyone else with it. He is feeling inspired to get back on his board now. Thank you so much🙏🙏💕

Great video as always! In the next one can you go more in-depth into muscle asymmetries and how you corrected them? For people with scoliosis it is a "double problem" - the skeleton is already asymmetrical, and on top of that one muscle is more developed than the other side (due to asymmetries in form when working out). How should beginner lifters prevent muscle asymmetry? How should intermediate lifters "fix" it is they've already developed it? Have you ever experimented with working out one side more than the other to counter-balance the underlying skeletal asymmetry by building muscle counter-asymmetrically? (e.g. more weight/volume on the left lat to counter-balance a larger rib cage on the right side)?

Great question brother. I struggle with the same thing. I've found exercises which suppress the spine to be the most damaging to the scoli. Exercises such as military press, db shoulder press, squats, deadlift. I now do single side exercises on back day, however, everything is is as normal.
