Through the power of modern filmmaking technology, I'd love to see a PROPER Earth-66 in The CW's Crisis on Infinite Earths storyline. Adam West and Burt Ward in their prime joining forces with Flash, Supergirl, Arrow and the rest of the CW superheroes to save the multiverse? That'd be a-frickin'-MAZING. lol

I would love to see a Scooby Doo/Star Trek crossover. Cartoonize the Star Trek cast and send them into a mystery. It would be a zany blend of hilarious and confusing. Their technology would work...but it would work like they were in a cartoon. They'd have to shed their preconceived notions and find the answer to get out of what would ultimately be a rogue holodeck program that was threatening to take over their ship (or the space station if they used Deep Space Nine.) I'd watch the hell out of that movie. (No Cpt Kirk/Shatner, please. I try to forget he is part of the franchise.) I loved the Scooby/Supernatural crossover episode and I think this might be just as much fun!

*Batman & Iron Man* - making two characters that are so similar yet so wildly different would have some great moments and even some pretty natural financial/business commentary. Tony Stark travels to Gotham to discuss a merger between Wayne Tech and Stark Industries. But Catwoman steals a dangerous new piece of Stark tech to sell to the Mandarin, who has joined forces with Ra’s Al Ghul to make a new Lazarus pit with the power of the Ten Rings. So the Caped Crusader must team up with the Invincible Iron Man to save both their cities from destruction.

Mine was actually made. Scooby-Doo Meets Courage the Cowardly Dog. It made since with all the weird paranormal stuff that happend to Courage, Muriel and Eustace that eventually Scooby-Doo and the Gang would wind up in Nowhere. Courage and Scooby became great friends, the gangs enteraction with Muriel and Eustace was fantastic and we got some lore for why Nowhere was so weird. There could've been more foreshadowing for Kats and Le Quack's reveal, but over all it was very well done! And RIP for Muriel'svoice actress. She returned to voice her, being the last performance before her death and she got to voice a character we all loved.

Honestly, there is one that happened in the comics that I think could genuinely be fun animated, either in the typical Timm style or not. It was an amazing comic that pitted Batman against the dimwitted but lovable Elmer Fudd in a version of the Looney Tunes wherein they're all mobsters in Gotham City as Bugs, who in this universe is as flesh and blood as any human, helped fake the death of Silver St. Cloud and pinning it on Bruce Wayne.

I have two ideas in mind. Scooby-Doo meets Carrie where Shaggy takes Carrie to the prom and the gang foils Chris's and Billy's prank on Carrie. Shaggy and Carrie are new prom king and queen, Shaggy is now Carrie's boyfriend, Carrie has new friends, and Mystery Inc has a new member since Carrie's powers will be useful to help them solve mysteries. Scooby-Doo meets Casper: Someone is framing Casper for all the scaring and hauntings and it's up to Scooby and the gang to help solve the mystery and clear his friendly good name.

@robbiewalker28312 жыл бұрын
I prefer Zombie Island, Witch’s Ghost, Alien Invaders, Loch Ness Monster, Monsters Unleashed, and Straight Outta Nowhere, because it gives the vibe that sometimes supernatural elements are better left unsolved. Besides, the gang was suppose to be a group of paranormal investigators.

I kind of wish they would just stop after Mystery Incorporated. As much as I enjoy Scooby-Doo growing up, I couldn't help but feel burned out or role my eyes whenever a new series is aired. Seeing how things played out at the end of Mystery Incorporated makes me feel they should at least give the franchise a break for at least the next 10 years or so because honestly I can't help but find Scooby-Doo to be one of those franchises that really out stayed its welcome.

Two things to note: first, the version of Batman in these episodes is actually the Filmation version from The Batman/Superman Hour, not the Adam West version. This is also the version that would appear in Super Friends. Second, each episode of The New Scooby-Doo Movies is 43 minutes, as opposed to the 22-ish minutes of most other Scooby shows, so the pacing is actually EVEN WORSE than usual!

Unlike with the previous review, I completely understand and actually (for the most part) agree with this assessment. Which is weird, because I actually like these cartoons. I am a Scooby fan myself, and these were actually some of my earliest introductions to these characters from Batman, so I have a nostalgia for them. There's a charm to how cheesy and ludicrous they are, at least for me. BUT, nostalgia can only get you so far, and I will concede that, when put under close scrutiny, these cartoons have plenty of problems. I think the main reason they are still fondly remembered by many nowadays is for the same reason I fondly remember them: we grew up with these, and that goes a long way. But for someone who has no interest in the matter, I can completely and totally get why they wouldn't grab one. If I might make a suggestion, if you want a GOOD Scooby/Batman crossover, try the recent movie "Scooby-Doo & Batman: The Brave and the Bold." While I know the Scooby side of things won't be of interest to you, it does a good job paying homage to these old classics, but updates the formula in a really fun way, and makes better use of the characters. I can't say you'll love it (I doubt that), but I think you'll get a much better time out of it than these oldies. :)

Man how the times change. Admittedly I do get nostalgic with these two episodes, since they were reran on "Cartoon Network" during its hay day. Looking at the footage here, I do kind of question why they had Batman and Robin in here if they weren't gonna have them fight Joker and Penguin. I guess because the show was more geared toward kids, but the previous animated cartoons had some action in them. Also, as much as enjoy these cartoons, I can't deny the animation errors are plentiful. Can't wait to see what you have in store for the next episode. Something tells me it'll be a doozey. That’s correct and even in the 90s where some censors weren’t as strict they still couldn’t really show The Joker, the Penguin, or any of Batman’s villains kill anyone. I think the closest in Batman the animated series (besides what happened to Robin’s parents) was in one episode where the penguin unties a boat a guy’s on and the boat goes down a whirlpool. Sure we don’t see the guy’s body or anything but the scene does highly imply the penguin intended to kill him.

even if your not a fan of Scooby Doo, i personally recommend watching the Skooks YTP Trilogy (part 5 uses the Batman episodes of The New Scooby Doo movies btw) Its funny with so many quotable lines.
