For the guys trying to help, thanks. #1 I KNOW it's backwards, Brownell tech suggested I try it & they know a little bit about this stuff. #2 The adj. stock is all the way short, no, can't take the spacer out as this RIFLE length spacer is CORRECT. #3 Ordered some individual rings as this may be the solution. The problem is the short integrated pic rail on older A2 Colts. #4 Rings are not touching turrets, look again closer. #5 Love the stock, not changing the stock to make scope fit. Just need the right rings, some coming tomorrow.

Wait a minute here. Are you doing All of this because the length of pull is too long? You can go about a inch shorter with a A1 stock.

If your nose isn't touching the charging handle in a comfortable firing position? Your length of pull is too long.

2 things one mount is backwards 2nd the mount should not touch you turrets

that cant wont was backwards and the adjustable comb stock is the solution to your eye alignment issue

How much does it clear the front sight using those measurements?

Here's your problem. That's a Vortex PRS scope mount and it's perfect when mounted properly. You have it on backwards. That's also why it's now blocking your charging handle. Turn the mount around and Mount your scope properly.
