Main drawback is its 3rd bench seating. It should have had a split seat with side tumble option. Other wise it’s a useless 6/7 seater

Thing with split seat is that the safety factor decreases by a lot, probably why mahindra didn't go for it.

Fully agreed. If Mahindra can offer spilt 3rd row in XUV700, they can certainly do the same with the Scorpio N, there by increasing its practicality and appeal.

Fantastic review. Btwn is the manual clutch too hard and comes with more travel and hence does it make absolute sense to buy the diesel automatic? I am driving grand vitara petrol manual and the clutch is really smooth and less travel

Have driven both, and it indeed has better poise, composure and comfort over the Safari, not to mention the incomparably better refinement, power, performance and engagement in drive. You need to drive the Scorpio N I guess, and on a long enough route.

@@motoroids Scorpio N has bubbly n bouncy drive Typical that of a body on frame SUV used to have! It's not comfortable in long tour ! It's not assuring while cornering, While you walk over a bad patch of roads ,Safari/Harrier just glides over it while ScorpioN feels jittery! But I do admit that ScorpioN has better refinement and punchier engine but it certainly lacks better ride quality... Tata Safari has better driving dynamics,better geometric shapes,just smoothly glide over bad patches of road and better riding n handling balance... So what do you need else...??? You can say that ScorpioN has better as a SUV ...but it's ride quality isn't better ! My family owns both of them... So...This is a proper bias n paid promotional content from you ,such a cheap act 🙏

What a joke, I and my brother own Safari and Scorpio N. Both on top end versions. In terms of comfort, safari is miles ahead of Scorpio N's bouncy ride. And even overalll safari feels like a more upmarket product being considerably more expensive. Scorpio N is more VFM ,but don't fool viewers by saying Scorpio N is better than safari.

Safari is monocoque while Scorpio is ladder on frame that's the difference. Hence Safari is better on road while Scorpio goes where safari can't even dream of with it's pathetic front wheel drive layout.

That's just your experience. I have a Scorpio N and my after sales experience has been good. While my family members have had issues with after sales of Maruti and Hyundai which are generally known for best service. So there's no universal black or white, it depends on n number of factors like person to person, model to model, region to region, service outlet to service outlet, etc etc.

this is no review, only feature list. the ICE is really buggy, have this for 11/2 yes, in Oct it will be 2 yrs. hardly any storage space, 3 row seats are terrible, its a design issue. Distance to empty.... suddenly starts chiming and will tell you that only 20-30 Kms remain and its just not accurate. I realize after this to avoid Indian brands, its only hype and marketing. Most youtubers dont know how to do a proper review, only bas isme yeh hain.... yeh hain
