I remember back in 1993 when this video and song first came out..me and my girlfriend ( Soon to be Wife ) moved to Kalamazoo , Michigan to our new apartment...on our way there we heard this song playing on the radio first released in her 1986 Toyota ....I will never forget that time and moment....all these years later I lost my love in 2014 from Cancer.....Today almost 8 years since her passing later I find myself searching daily to so many videos / songs today from music groups that remind me of the past with her and sweet memories..it never ends...its all I have left...god help me

Great song by one of the best rock bands ever. Scorpions wrote gazillions of good songs and they are true legends aus Deutschland mit power!!! This cd came out when I was a teen and I have many memories about it, so...I must tell to younger people to search for it and enjoy a good bunch of rock tunes and some perfect ballads. This song is completely Satanic. They're calling Christians the Alien Nation and glorifying the time when their father the devil comes to behead us. "When the heads start rolling, the devil comes to let it bleed." I used to think the same as you. I've met them, twice. I worshipped them instead of God, for decades. But i remember, as it had been five minutes ago, that I watched this vídeo on MTV one afternoon, and I inmediately went to the record store ( just a couple blocks away) and ordered a copy of Face the Heat CD, that arrived five days later. In 1990, songs from the Scorpions “Crazy World” album got a ton of MTV airtime (a lot of which being played into early 1992) with “Tease Me Please Me,” “Don’t Believe Her,” “Wind Of Change,” “Hit Between The Eyes” (Freejack movie soundtrack), & “Send Me An Angel.” When the “Face The Heat” album came out only 3 years later in 1993, I was so bummed that MTV noticeably gave “Face The Heat” very little to ZERO airplay! This video; “Alien Nation,” as well as “Under The Same Sun” (On Deadly Ground movie soundtrack), & “Woman” were all MTV worthy videos of being played! At the time, I was a member of the Scorpions fan club mailer catalog/magazine. They had a form in their to fill out and send to MTV as sort of a campaign to get their videos played! This was at the time in the bands history when the mainstream music scene was just no longer backing them anymore, and instead were on to “bigger and better (newer) things.“ Resulting in a pretty big shift and (unjustified IMO) turning point in the bands popularity, especially in America. Which was a huge momentum killer heading in to their next live, and very good, album “Live Bites” in 1995!
