Great video Big Stoozer. I was looking forward to the second part of the adventure. The scenery never ceases to amaze me and it was great to watch. At 21:02, is it the island from Harry Potter where Dumbledore was buried? It looked very similar. Thanks for sharing the video mate. Ride on and have a great Sunday✌🤙

Yes it is very similar to the Island where Potter was buried in Christoph but not the same one. The island featured in the movie was actually Loch Eilt in Scotland. A place I have yet to visit. This route was recommended to me for the landscape and all round view on the way down. It was a great experience. Thank you for watching and enjoying the adventure my friend. 👍

Terrifc scenery to ride through Stoozer, was watching other mtb riders take on Shiehallion looks pretty rough at top, lovely views from RIver Tay amd Loch Tay looks like you had a great day out, thanks for sharing from Gary 😁🤙

Hey Gary. Just saw a link to your East Cairn Hill adventure so look forward to watching that one pal. Yes Shiehallion is my to do list. This trail intrigued me because it was obvious from the map that a unique view of Shiehallion was on offer. So I waited for a clear day and was rewarded with a spectacular view of the mountain. Exploring Scotland is such a rewarding thing to do. The views of the munro on this MTB trail really were worth the effort to cycle to get there on my mountain bike. 🚵🏽‍♂️

You were hurtlin' doon that descent there Stoozer I was worried you might lose your rear end 😉. I notice your bike computer gives you directions sometimes. Do you use an app like Komoot or Strava for route planning in unfamiliar places?

Now then Robert, nice to hear from you pal. Yes the descent was much steeper than it looked pal and very sketchy. I thought I was going to lose the rear end a few times but the view going down was awesome. I use Komoot to navigate all my routes Robert. I have never had a problem with it and it is very accurate. To compliment the turn by turn instructions I invested in a Livall smart helmet. It simply connects to your phone via bluetooth and the speakers in the helmet give you turn by turn directions just like the Sat Nav in a car. It's brilliant. Thanks for watching the adventure pal.
