Scott Oliver Hall (born October 20, 1958) is an American semi-retired professional wrestler, best known for his work with the World Wrestling Federation (WWF, now WWE) under the ring name Razor Ramon and with World Championship Wrestling (WCW) under his real name.
Beginning with his time in the American Wrestling Association (AWA), Hall maintained a perennially high profile as a wrestler, as he became a four time WWF Intercontinental Champion (a record from 1995-1999), a two-time WCW United States Heavyweight Champion, a one-time WCW World Television Champion, and a nine-time world tag team champion (seven times in WCW, once in TNA, and once in the AWA).
In addition, Hall is a two-time world champion, having won the WWC Universal Heavyweight Championship and the USWA Unified World Heavyweight Championship. He is also notable for being a founding member of the New World Order (nWo). On April 5, 2014, Hall (as Razor Ramon) was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

Lol facts, how can u not laugh at something like that. And throughout the years, Bret and Hall never got along and always threw shots at each other. But when Hall passed away, of all people Bret was really classy and just talked about all the fun times they had in early WWF when they were all friends before the Kliq was a thing.

I've seen him on Tour a few times here in Germany and he was always the only one who went around the entire ring after the match to shake hands with every fan. He won the tag titles in AWA, MY GOODNESS WHAT AN ACCOMPLISHMENT! I guess that means they’re JUST AS GOOD as the Road warriors and the Steiners according to you, Lmao what an asinine comparison. The road warriors and Steiners won Tag titles in EVERY promotion they stepped foot in so I’m not sure where you were going with that. The only other championship accomplishment he had was in Puerto Rico winning their world championship, which is never mention because it’s such an insignificant accomplishment that it might as well have never happened. Scott coming from those territories to the WWF at the time and being launched into the IC title picture was a HUGE step up, but apparently you think winning a tag title in the AWA is just as big of an accomplishment?? Scott definitely has a leg to stand on here. I think his mockery is borne out of a different outlook on the business. Bret grew up on wrestling and it was his life and as such he took it very, very, very seriously -- in Scott's eyes that worked to his detriment. Personally I think it's part of what made him so great .... double-edged sword I suppose ... Scott was able to let loose and be entertaining without staking his happiness on wrestling. He strikes me as the kind of guy who enjoyed stardom but didn't need it and would still be happy doing his thing and having a few beers after a show if it disappeared on him.
