I think 1 more week until i'll be able to visually see a difference in thighs albeit not expecting much in such short time. I still play soccer but I now play American football also and have the 2nd biggest calves on the team. I’m pretty short but having a strong lower base is very important, so I would recommend doing it for like a month and see if you can see any results👍

Day 3: ✅ legs were pretty much a breeze I got my heart rate up tho next week I might do two reps of each instead for faster results. Active Rest:✅ I did some tennis jump rope and abs. First time I tried this I couldn't get through one round. After bulking and training for a few months I can now go 3 rounds. Never give up and stay true to your goals.

I always like how my muscles look bigger exactly after the workout😎🔥 but i hate knowing that's it's just muscle pumps when Lactic acid begins to build up in your working muscles😭😭 I keep quiting after 2 to 3 weeks but this time imma stay motivated, good luck to you all.❤️

I've been doing this on my leg day for three weeks. I still can't even really do the side lunges by the time I get there, but I just go slow and do my best. I can't figure out the Hamstring Heel Curls at all, though. Maybe just not enough upper body strength to create resistance for hammies? Can anyone think of a beginner hamstring bodyweight exercise to put in its place?

I thought I was the only one. I have never worked out in my life and thought this would be a good starting point before I get my ass to the gym so I am not completely incapable. I know I am not doing these correctly as I feel nothing. Have you had any luck in mastering the technique as you have progressed?

Health Wink hey this is 6 months ago so you might have found something but if you stand with your legs wide apart and lean from side to side with your legs planted on the ground - ensuring you’re consciously pushing off from your heel - same exercise, but alternative to help muscle memory out into the moving side lunges

Hey guys! Thanks for all the no equipment workouts! I do this workout as a circuit 3 rounds with a minute or two rest in-between! A good sub for anyone freaking out without weights! Also, for a harder workout add Bulgarian split squats in-between the 3 sets!
