Scottish Patient Safety Programme, Acute Adult Collaborative: Falls improvement

Within Healthcare Improvement Scotland, the Scottish Patient Safety Programme (SPSP) delivered a collaborative aimed to reduce falls, falls with harm and improve early recognition and timely intervention for deteriorating patients. All Scottish NHS boards participated in the collaborative which ran from September 2021- March 2024.
