Q: How did you make that? What editing software do you use?
A: I use Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro & After Effects. Photoshop for image editing and thumbnails. Premiere Pro for compositing and After Effects for motion graphics (the fancy animations).

It even happens in their maps too. The CS:GO map Anubis had terrible performance issues after a recent update, which are now fixed. The cause of the issues, according to people who decompiled the map? Someone accidentally compiled Anubis with one of the optimization VisGroups (the Source equivalent of Photoshop layers) turned off. Oops.

Well, you're kind of forgetting cosmetics. All of the scout's body cosmetics are textured to fit with this oversight, so all of their textures would have to be fixed as well. There are community fixes out there, but i don't know if Valve would use them given all the work that would have to go into it.

@@Dillon4599 Still a simple fix, though. And it would only have to be done with cosmetics that are designed to blend with the pants, which really just means pants cosmetics. Hats wouldn't be affected, shirts/jackets more or less wouldn't be affected, any cosmetic that doesn't touch the legs wouldn't have any issues. They're all separate models that are parented to the playermodel.

There's a mod which fixes this (and that ugly shadow texture under demos grenades) (and gives medic and sniper glasses bodygroups so they can properly wear most glasses cosmetics) Valve please add Quick edit: it's a part of the tf2 community fixes pack, valve should REALLY add those
