I don't remember the number but there was another Factory SCP that introduced the idea that the Anderson factory in the 001 proposal wasn't a unique entity. That there are multiple factories spread across the multiverse, all selling their anomalous goods to anyone willing to buy. James Anderson was just one out of many other wealthy and powerful individuals who were approached be the entity or entities who control the factories and offered power and immortality in exchange for building another factory on his earth. The ultimate purpose of the Factory is a mystery but there's no doubt nefarious.

Oh and recently there is a new 001 Proposal that is sort of a sequel to this one called The Queen's Gambit that you should read after the other two. So the order you should read this is basically. The Factory, Taboo, The Grove of Exiles, Demon Hector and Dread Titania, and then the Queen's Gambit.

@@jand1993 There are currently about 50 SCP-001 Proposals. The one where SCP 999 is considered dangerous would be Tufto's Proposal: The Scarlet King, which implies among other things that SCP-999 is The Scarlet King's 7th Son, and that either he will save the world from The Scarlet King or take it from him. There are several SCP-001 proposals involving the O5 Council and their potential origins. But the main ones besides this one would be O5-13 obviously, The Database, The Foundation, Ouroborus, and The Consensus, and to a much lesser extent The Gate Guardian.

There are some things you left out, for example the fact that there was 5 people originally on the council, one of which was bright, also the foundation was paided to kill a hunting party of faries, they then got demolished, the faries had 4 eyes, hands etc, the captain is 05-1, they also only told this reasearcher that dug to deep, so 05-1 decided to talk to him, he threatened to wipe anyone who shared a strand of his dna to be killed in the most horrific ways possible, if he told anyone of his deal he made with Anderson, who was just a skull, and rib cage, which were scorched, and had little flesh.
