In "The Rats In The Walls", an American rich guy travels to England to restore the castle of his ancestors not knowing about the abhorrent acts his ancestors commited concerning cannibalism and inbreeding and that the castle was in Roman times a temple dedicated to Cybele, a fertility goddess whose cult was persecuted during the Roman Empire, which involved in bloody sacrifices and self-harm. Also, the castle still preserves the bad energies that in the end turn the main character insane.

Aww man, this ones is one of my favorite scps. You just missed the creepy ending: they kept finding hives and registered increased activity of this scp. They found one instance that had imprisoned several human women to rape them. They captured and questioned it; it said that "the empress" had ordered the hives to begin mixing with the normal human population Q.Q something about conquering the surface
