At least this one has happy ending. in the original record, due to his cooperative and helpful behavior and plus as he is not anomaly than his bug armor, Major Alexei was granted a special class where he is allowed to live outside the Foundation containment and is allowed to live outside in a Christian Orthodox Church, become a priest, live in repentance if his past but happy and peaceful and died of old age in his dormitory; presumably in his sleep.

Lol. They're literally the reason why the nuclear war happened. They pitted two major superpowers against each other and then began to work on two fronts. When ruins remained from all humanity, they simply returned the planet back to themselves. They also made living instruments out of children, and I'm not talking about Alexei and soldiers like him. These children were used the other way around to make this armor.

looking at these comments it seems I wasn't clear on what I meant. I mean scp 1000 is activly avoiding having a dirrect effect on human conflict. The file for scp 1000(in our universe) states a fear of scp 1000 is it wanting revenge on human society for making big feet near extinct, but scp 2273 shows that scp-1000 legit doesn't want any affect of humanity onto it. Like scp 1000 could fight in the war and easily end it, rather they provide support to either fan the flames war or lend a garden hose to calm the fire. More specifically, I'll like to point out is that they are letting humanity resolve the issue themselves, and they seem not to care wheather its resolved by violence or peace, just as long as scp 1000 lives underground safe from the radiation, they have nothing to worry about. If our universe worries on scp 1000 were correct, and they did want to destroy humanity, why would they ever insist on providing humans bio organic anti radiation soldier armor. Sure maybe if it was a self destruction or sleeper agent thing, but the known only issue with the armor seems to be the ptsd of never taking it off and having the recodings.
@mak3x74 жыл бұрын
Notably, scp-1000 seemed to be asked to make the bombs by the nations. I believe their scientific prowess had them design nuvlear bombs stronger than the ones Einstein made originally. I know Einstein wasn't the only scientist behind the nuke, but I'm pointing him out to show that scp 1000 were probably in the same position the scientists behind the Manhattan project were in. as for the bombing itself, well the cold war always hid high tension and itchy trigger fingers, either they payoff of the bombs were too sweet to handle, or one/all of scp 1000 had enough of humanity, and wanted to nudge the cold war into conflict.

@@Try-hard-emily I’m not talking about Russia, we don’t know what they’re working on, however the USSR had done some pretty despicable actions, especially on weapons manufacturing so it’s not that unbelievable. Also I just want to make it clear that the US also did some pretty disturbing stuff during the Cold War. We’re lucky both sides didn’t go to war because they were ready to bring the Earth down with them.

So what we essentially have here is a child soldier being forced into an organicsuit built by ape humanoids. Experiencing extreme pain Both physically and mentally, his comrades being killed. Transported to another world with no explaination and no way returning home. Being forced into a facility because they know and he know he can't go to the outside of the world. Isn't that depressing? Still it was still good that he foujd himself at least a new home

Why do I get the feeling that the SCP 1000 from SCP 2273's native universe was actually trying to wipe out humanity. I mean they were supplying both sides of the war with advanced technology, and was safely bunkered underground. What if SCP 2273 isn't from an alternate dimension, but rather an alternate timeline, 1 where maybe SCP 1000 does remember the full extent on what humanity did to them, and this is their payback by allowing humanity to destroy themselves

It's happy, but also bittersweet In the broken masquerade canon, the timeline where he got out and get to have a small life as a member of the church of the broken god due to the foundation can't keep being secret anymore (which is the ending of this video btw) he frequently exchanges letter with the professor, telling him that at first he had trouble adjusting to his new life and he misses some of the anomalies he interacted and becomes friend with while in the foundation custody. His last letter to the professor, which tells him that he wishes the professor well, that he thinks he'll be extremely sad when another friend dies, that he has time to think now and get to accept his past and tries to do his best until his last moments to atone never arrived to the professor side, due to the professor died a few days before.

My gut feeling is that SCP-1000 may have been responsible for the catastrophic war in the Major's home universe. They must have realised how violently and psychotically tribal humans can be and realised this was their chance to reclaim the world they lost to their robot soldiers all those aeons ago. So, they gave us the weapons we needed to eradicate ourselves and move us out of the way. Then, they just needed to wait for Earth's scars to heal so that they could reclaim the surface and put this whole ugly incident behind them.
