SCP-4258 is a space-time anomaly located in California in the form of a restaurant named "Freddy's Diner."
The inside of SCP 4258 is that of a stereotypical 50's American diner and is manned by a sole worker, an elderly Caucasian male who identifies as "Freddy", otherwise known as SCP4258 -1. The occupants of SCP-4258 are all from separate dimensions and realities. This being the case, they range from being identical to humans to having an entirely different physiology. However, for unknown reasons all occupants can understand each other when conversing.

Oh yeah, that Agent is actually not in his home world by the end of it if you’re wondering. The denial for class C amnestics is the main key. The real foundation in the story would give him that after seeing something like this. He is still in the world with the Alternates.

Being honest, these types of SCPs are my favorites. It's just... something weird, not exactly dangerous or something that wants to end the human race or cause a XK End of the world scenario and shit, they're just chilling and I respect that. With the alternate reality foundation has another case: with a man that was found walking down a deserted road slightly injured was found with peculiarities at a hospital and then taken in foundation custody, the man is examined and everything appears to be ordinary, DNA is human in origin there is no memtic effects emanating, the inner anatomy however shows something truly bizarre that sets this man apart from regular humans, X rays scans seems to show a complete lack of razor sharp teeth in the back of the mouth and the second smaller stomach found in all humans is missing.

Specifically, I’ve noticed that you used a lot of characters resembling that of Rick & Morty, MCU, and Men in Black, but perhaps you could have used characters from other popular sci-fi and dimensional hopping theme tv shows. Such as: 1. The owl house 2. Amphibia 3. Ben 10 4. Star vs the forces of evil 5. Gravity falls 6. Futurama 7. Teenage mutant ninja turtles 8. Adventure time 9. Regular show 10. DC universe 11. Voltron ETC.
