Hey, sorry about the delay in tonights upload - it took a long time to edit and record. I recorded a massive audio log - editing software crashed and I lost it all. I didn't have the time to record it again (I tried, but i was so stressed out that the performance wasn't something I wanted to upload) ... so i had to cut it out of the final video. It's Addendum 11-14-1981 of SCP-939 if you're interested. This is still a great episode, i'm just dissapointed (as i'm sure you are, too) that it's not 100% complete. But I hope you all enjoy the video regardless.

I feel sorry for the things kid. 101 seemed genuinely remorseful for its natural instincts. This one is fascinating to me since 101, being raised around others, seemed to 'grow up' fairly normal. Well, as normal as being raised by the foundation can be. That shows that they are capable of intelligence and having actual conversations, even after their transformations. It's sad to see and hear it's remorse at doing what is in its nature to do to survive.

SCP 939 could also be known as a Crocotta. Crocotta are mythological creatures probably based on Hyenas. They reproduce entirely on their own, and eavesdrop on human conversations to learn voices and names. It uses these to lure humans and dogs into ambushes. The Crocotta show a grasp of how their prey works, using their prey's name and calling for help, luring them deeper and deeper into the woods, "where no one could hear them scream."

I’ve always thought that 939 if raised from birth into adulthood and fed on lab grown human flesh could be used as scp hounds or even guard dogs. They even have a way to amnesticize people they come into contact with. Paired with good handlers I’m sure it could be done although mass use would be unwise as they can be extremely dangerous

“Heat sensitive pits” by its teeth. Snakes have these. This implies if you cut off 939’s head, or just kill it, that head can still open it’s jaws and bite anything warm (aka you). Because snakes can still bite you headless or not for an HOUR after death. This could maybe mean scp 939 can bite for an hour or more after being killed. Also 939, a wolf looking creature, giving birth to humans, gives me vague familiarity of a Greek werewolf-like story I heard once. Edit: The Legend of the Lycaon, the son of Pelasgus. Served Zeus a meal, from the remains of a sacrificed boy. This angered Zeus. And as punishment, him and his sons were transformed into wolves. If scp 939 had a connection, then it and all it’s offspring are born humans. Cursed to transform into scp 939. Of course, this feature could really just be an advanced, yet cruel trait developed by evolution. Letting it survive even when a den was killed by earlier era humans. These humans, seeing that these canine monsters were ‘planning to eat’ infants, possibly thinking they ‘stole’ them from people’s homes, feel relief that they saved them. Only for scp 939 to survive and kill in their new homes. It reminds of stories, or at least let’s me imagine a scenario, where a ‘werewolf’ hunter of old orders an apprentice or witness to kill everything in the den. Even the child infants. For they grow up to see the creatures that wrecked their village in the first place. The hunter being looked as heartless, even crazy, as the doubtful witness watches the hunter set a den on fire. Baby sounds and, mimicked human screams, and animal cries crying out loud. - - - I was also thinking of the Capitoline statue of wolf feeding to human babies. But it was just a legend of the founders of Rome, Romulus and Remus. Their grandfather got overthrown, and the infants thrown in the river. Only for a wolf to save and raise them.

I head to recheck the beginning containment procedures after watching this for scp 939-101. They may still be human inside. T-T this implies that: A. Offspring of scp 939 living in the wild. Will act more wild animals. Or have behaviors similar to that of humans raised by animals. B. Scp 939 will abandon it’s offspring purposely in human settlements, and/or in a situation where humans were to find the scp 939 infants. They will be put up for adoption. The human parents will love this child, and them right back. Only for the days of transformation to come. The parents become worried, frantic as they take them to hospitals. And then one day police report a murdered family. There is blood. And neither the parents and the child’s body is found. (scp 939-101 was fed 2 D-class exactly). C. Scp 939 are all of actual intelligence. And while some may very, at least a few might know exactly what they’re saying. They may not always mimic. And might even use there birth voice to lure in prey. Scp 939 feel guilt. And their malnourished bodies may even be from not wanting to kill individuals, not just an inability to digest meat. Unless Scp 939, eat humans because of instinct. But because of being sickened of themselves, vomit the person they killed. D. Scp 939’s mind, specifically those like scp 939-101, either remains intelligent, or deteriorates. scp 939-101 will continue to express guilt, but has no choice but to give in to it’s hunger, as they try to fight it. Either forever feeling guilt, or will slowly forget who they are entirely as they succumb to their new instincts.

They'll use zero usually if they wanna sound strict/formal, or if there's a risk of being misunderstood over a shoddy radio or something. The military developed this method of telling time in order to be efficient, afterall, not in the interest of passing an English exam.
