@@siddharthnair5228 I don't think so. One of possible solutions to paradox includes existence of person, that is identical to you, but has different past. For example, imagine, that your parents divorced. Preventing it in the past creates another version of you, that didn't have to experience that.

@@freebird0147 I think just switching two babies in the nursery would work. The new Hitler wouldn't have the personality of the old one so what happens to him won't result in the same outcome. And the actual Hitler "probably" won't have the same things happen to him in his new life. That is, of course, if you don't believe a person's upbringing and such doesn't create their personalities. Then the new Hitler very well could be just like the old one.

Doing anything to Hitler would be a terrible idea, because WWII was a turning point for Humanity where agreements between countries were then made to avoid such a war happening again. Without that lesson learned its impossible to predict how the world would be now.

Kind of. It opens a door to a sort of "safe house" for use by Delta-Tee operatives when running missions. A stable point outside of the normal flow of time, locked in stable causality by a Temporal Sink. We actually see this room being set up in the tale "The Kitchen Sink" (the tagline being "Welcome to the present. All thousands of it.")

For me, time travel is a way to travel between branches of the timeline, but you can't do it because the spacetime immune system, fate, will cancel and redirect your actions in your original timeline to impede you to travel

There was a Sci-Fi (SyFy) Channel pilot miniseries called "The Lost Room" which functioned like the room in SCP-1780, right down to people getting lost in the room if the door is shut. Each item in it would be considered an Anomaly by SCP standards. It is worth tracking down this series if one likes SCP content.

One of the really weird things about the guy who was returned by SCP-1780 14 years later was that he was able to tap his fingers exactly at one beat per second, and was able to count how much time had passed in his perspective nearly to the second. Gave me chills when I read it

You know, with each copy of a Pokémon game being its own timeline (and also parallel universes if owned by different people), if one person owns a copy of both games from the same Generation, i.e. Black Version/White Version, the playthroughs on those two games would fall under the SCP Foundation's definition of a time paradox.

My theory revolves around 2 ideas, and is about the doctor Xyank, if he is really an alien, then chances are that he want to protect Earth and mankind because they are very important and vital, and our end would mean their end too. If he was a human before, it may mean that he (along some other members of the Foundation) may have discovered a way to avoid all XK class end of the world scenario, and their goal is to basically make sure that all timeline, no exceptions, avoid them too. This may probably include "The world's gone beautiful".
