Scrambled Egg Masala

Ingredients
Oil
Cinnamon
Cloves
Cardamom
Chopped Onion - 2 no
Chopped Green Chili - 2 no
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Chopped Tomato - 3 no
Salt
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Egg - 5 no
Chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
1.Take a wide sauce pan, add little Oil, Whole spices - Cinnamon, Cloves & Cardamom, 2 medium Chopped Onion, 2 Chopped Green Chili and saute it till it turns brown.
2.Now, add 1 tsp of Ginger Garlic paste, 3 medium Chopped Tomato, Salt, 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder, 1 tsp of Chili powder, 1 tsp of Coriander powder, 1 tsp of Cumin powder and mix it well.
3.Once tomatoes are mashed up, add 1/2 tsp of Garam masala.
4.Now, reduce the flame, make a little well in the centre by pushing masala to the sides, add little oil and crack open 5 eggs.
5.Once egg is cooked, mix it with the masala and garnish it with Chopped Coriander leaves.
Spicy Scrambled Egg Masala is ready to serve.

I didn’t have the whole spices so I skipped them and added bay leaves and cumin seeds instead. It was absolutely delicious so I bet it’ll be crazy good when I make it properly with the correct whole spices. During a cost of living crisis, when everyone’s trying to get the most out of our grocery shopping, this is a very clever dish when you wanna do “breakfast for dinner.”

This is not scrambled eggs. This is basically egg bhujia. Firstly scrambled eggs are not done with so many spices. It is very simple and tasty. Don't give miss conception to viewers. This is actually continental food. It is cooked with milk and cheese at the most onion.

Scrambled eggs are made with butter and not supposed to be spicy the title should be egg masala and not scrambled eggs masala the texture of scrambled eggs should be very smooth and the recipe is very simple and should not have more than 3 to 4 ingredients
