Scrambled Egg Masala

Ingredients
Oil
Cinnamon
Cloves
Cardamom
Chopped Onion - 2 no
Chopped Green Chili - 2 no
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Chopped Tomato - 3 no
Salt
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Egg - 5 no
Chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
1.Take a wide sauce pan, add little Oil, Whole spices - Cinnamon, Cloves & Cardamom, 2 medium Chopped Onion, 2 Chopped Green Chili and saute it till it turns brown.
2.Now, add 1 tsp of Ginger Garlic paste, 3 medium Chopped Tomato, Salt, 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder, 1 tsp of Chili powder, 1 tsp of Coriander powder, 1 tsp of Cumin powder and mix it well.
3.Once tomatoes are mashed up, add 1/2 tsp of Garam masala.
4.Now, reduce the flame, make a little well in the centre by pushing masala to the sides, add little oil and crack open 5 eggs.
5.Once egg is cooked, mix it with the masala and garnish it with Chopped Coriander leaves.
Spicy Scrambled Egg Masala is ready to serve.
