These glitches are actually called moon engines in the TM community if I remembered. I recommend moon engines for hovering instead of gimble jets They are more stronger and take up less space

The moon engines are for the hover, but if you use it for forwards thrust, it's called a ufo engine

@@The_Orb one time I built a vehicle with a single ufo engine that did the centrifuge in under 15 sec. Edit: it is currently 8th in the world, and uses a ufo design that allows a steeper tilt before getting stuck The best run I've had was when I by chance managed to ride the inside edge, allowing for a tighter turn than my vechicle was otherwise capable

Still trying to make the perfect omni salvage vehicle but keep running into complexity limits. Best I've manged is a ufo/bird plane with detachable submarine. Then I have a boat/car/launching crane for the drone. The wind makes it alot more difficult than just strapping a zero-g/stabilizer to large salvage.
