Hi Carol, I totally understand your thoughts for the future. You have given us so many pattern options.. To do what you love most should be what you do. I personally find my time slips away quickly, so doing what I want seems to take longer than anticipated. I’m not sure when I’ll used the calculator, but knowing it’s at my fingertips is fantastic. I've really been quite amazed at the number, content and quality of the videos you have produced. Not to mention the number of quilts and the creation and implementation of the quilt calculators. It is essentially two full time jobs at LEAST, and I am not surprised to find it is an overwhelming, or life consuming task. Thank you for all of your immense hard work thus far. Your videos and advice have been favorites of mine since I found your channel last year. I even created a link on my phone to your calculators so I could find them quickly when in my sewing room. Carol, Happy Easter. Well, your production schedule made me tired just thinking about how much time you spent, but you KNOW that everyone appreciated it. I hope that you will continue to make videos but in a more languorous production schedule where you are not robbed of the joy of doing it. Now, quilt calculators. Quilter's Paradise offers several calculators to help with needful things which I latched on to early on in my quilting journey. Quilt math is not hard, but many go out of their way to avoid it. Once one embraces it, quilters can create their own patterns and layouts. I keep all of this nebbish stuff in a notebook for quick reference and developed some Excel models to allow me to quickly calc stuff. Your viewers will appreciate your contribution to that content.

😮I found the new website earlier today (Thursday) and it is fabulous! I love all the calculators which include several different ways to cut and sew blocks. I love my Accuquilt so it’s nice to have that info too! Thank you so much for these calculators - I know they will be so very helpful and sure are easy to use. I have all those blocks from 2023 saved plus have those books (and I printed out the directions too) - enough blocks to sew for the rest of my life😁😁😁. My quilt guild is doing Civil War type blocks of the month for the next 18 months or so and the calculators will be more than helpful with figuring out fabrics, quilt sizes, etc. I’m sure I am one if many thousands of quilters who more than appreciate all your hard work - the quilt for today 3/29 looks like a lot of fun - guess I’ll actually have to start using all those fat quarters, charm squares and bundles thst I’m hoarding and just petting from time to time because I love them so much😁😁😁😁
