I think playing Sidney is something she holds very passionately to her and I think she would rather never come back at all and give her character the happy ending like Gale said, like the writers and directors gave Gale that quote in 6 for a reason I think. To me they are all on the same page that she either lives her happy ending out and never comes back or she comes back to end Ghost face once and for all for like a finale movie that would end things for Sidney Prescott and her story and I agree I think that would mean Gale would have to be killed in what ever film that is whether it be 7 or an 8th if they do that. Maybe Sam vs Sidney. Sam seems like she could end up being a solo ghost face and be very smart and stab happy and that would end Sidney’s story and she gets her happy ending but then Ghost face killers start coming after Tara because maybe whatever Sam did as Ghost face people would want revenge and go after Tara.

My prediction is that Danny could be a possible opening kill. We have seen up to this point that the new trilogy is mirroring the og 3. And scream 3 opens with cotton weary, the red herring character who turned out to be good, getting killed. Danny fits this description perfectly so it's sad to say but I'm pretty confident he will die

I think Jenna will stay in a secondary role like Courtney Cox. They both got way bigger outside of Scream. And from a business side it's best because both bring people to seats and they aren't the main role so you don't have to justify giving the highest salary

Hey there Nerd Doc, nice profile pic of the Tenth Doctor you've got there! I would really love to see Scream 7 be set on Christmas Eve with a snowy location where the Meeks twins have invited Tara and Sam as well as a few other friends to spend the holidays at their mother Martha's rental cabin in the woods as a way of helping everyone forget about the past two killing sprees and just have a good time. The nearest town is a couple miles away so it really is in a much more secluded, rural setting than previous films but before long of course, a new Ghostface emerges to begin stalking, phoning and killing people off one by one, at some point even sending a Christmas present to the group which has a note inside saying "What's Your Favourite Scary Movie? Happy Holidays - Love From Ghostface". The Ghostface in this film wears a white robe as well as a red mask but the eyes, boots and mouth remain black to match the traditional colours of Santa Claus as a way of taunting the group, taking advantage of their robe to camouflage in the snow, making it more difficult for the Core 4 to see where this new killer is coming from. In the end, Gale as well as Kirby come into it once again before it is revealed that Ghostface is none other than Tara and Sam's estranged mother, who is on a mission to persuade her oldest daughter to embrace the dark Loomis surname, but of course Sam refuses to give in. Tara and Sam's mother then tells them she is coming with her to meet the Cult of Ghostface's leader who might be able to persuade her instead, as well as threatening to cut Tara into pieces if Sam does not reveal the location of Sidney Prescott either, because there is now a whole army of killers waiting to get their hands on the original final girl. Sam reluctantly agrees to come with her mother for Tara's sake to meet the leader (who would finally be revealed as Stu Macher during the eighth film obviously!) as well as give away the whereabouts of Sidney, while Gale, Kirby, the Meeks twins and Tara are all forced to stay behind not knowing where Sam is being taken to meet the lead Ghostface. This leaves us on a cliffhanger leading into the final, biggest, most epic Scream installment of all so yeah, what do you think about my concept??? 🔪🩸👻

Scream 7 during Christmas. The movie takes place three years after Scream VI. Sam and Tara fly to Germany to spend the holidays with their mother, who rented a house in a gated community in Berlin. The killers this time are both females. To parallel Scream 3, one killer turns out to be Sam’s other half-sister (I’ll call her Colleen), whose mother is the cheerleader in the first Scream. She wears Billy’s old mask and robe that Sam left behind in New York. Her motive is to kill Sam so she can be the ONE AND ONLY child of Billy Loomis. Unlike Sam, who is resentful of being his daughter, Colleen is proud of it. The other killer (I’ll call her Kristen) wears a WHITE robe and shroud mask to blend in the snow. The final climax takes place at the chapel, where Sam and Danny get married, just after both killers were presumed dead. The surviving killer, Colleen shows up at the chapel to murder Sam, as she gets prepared to walk down the aisle. A brawl between them ensues in the empty dining room. After Sam and Tara ultimately kill Colleen. Sam barges in the sanctuary looking like Carrie with her dress drenched in blood, along with Tara. Everyone gasps. As Sam approaches the altar, the officiant questions her and decides to call off the wedding, but Sam insists on him getting them married right now and carry on with the ceremony like it never happened.

If Stu Macher returns, they should do a technique I deem “permeate the plot”: Stu would need more than just a reveal at the end. It’s much too “Scooby Doo” and we all know… Lillard’s already been there done that 😉 Permeating the plot would mean he is a spoken on character, but not seen. By this, I mean spoken on not by name but by dynamic. Stu would need to permeate in at least two ways to make the ending shocking to any level at this point. The two points possible would be by profession, IE “My psychiatrist told me if I’m not going to dig deeper…” (Stu turns out to be the Psychiatrist at the end). Or by familial ties IE: “Yeah, we’ve talked to mom a little more lately, but she’s caught up with a new boyfriend.” (Stu winding up the love interest of the girls’ mother unbeknownst to her/ easily explained by her never having met him and his name expunged). This leaves the anticipated “Who would the accomplice be?” Conversation. If the writers do this correctly, there won’t be one. The premise should be that Stu Macher has indeed partaken in orchestrating the past killings via an online forum, finding things excruciatingly frustrating when Sydney remains alive after attempting to do things “Manson style”(which I think should be something Stu’s character says 😉) Stu decides to take matters into his own hands because “KIDS THESE DAYS DON’T HAVE A GOOD WORK ETHIC” 3 out of the 4 of the core four die due to this rage against the youngins, leaving only Samantha and Sydney against Stu (Gale is a given to die in this film). Motherly instincts kick in, Sydney does a martyr death for Sam and we get a nice little glimpse of Billy’s ghost (who Stu witnesses), throwing him off his guard for just enough time for Samantha to kill him. Sydney mutters something along the lines of “there shouldn’t be a reason for this to go on now,” as her dying words as Samantha cries. The movie ends with heavy implications that Samantha remains involved in Sydney’s children‘s lives; indicating the massive irony that that bloodlines of Sydney Prescott and Billy Loomis will be forever tied. And… a thank you. *takes a bow* Sincerely, An Author 😂

***SPOILER ALERT*** Stu is alive and has disappeared from the public eye. It's been implied by Kirby in the dialogue with Mindy. I think the big reveal of "Scream 7" will be that Stu and Tara have orchestrated the events of the new trilogy to avenge Sam for different reasons each. Tara for tearing their family apart and Stu because she is Billy's daughter and Billy has took the credit for the original Woodsboro Massacre (Billy is constantly mentioned as the No1 Ghostface in "Scream 5 & 6"). I also believe that Stu will be revealed as the "secret" Ghostface that eventually killed Dewey and that Christina Carpenter (Sam and Tara's mother) will be framed by the duo as the mastermind of the events. Stu and Tara will attempt to frame a parent for the murders as a second "draft" of Billy and Stu's plan in original "Scream" but with Stu as the "brains" of the duo this time. And that's because Requels are just the Retelling of the original story for a new generation. Sidney will return to kill off Stu and either she or Gale (or both) will bite the dust also, maybe in a self-sacrificing manner. In the end, "Scream 7" will conclude as a one-to-one "war of the siblings" between the Carpenter sisters, a direct parallel to "Scream 3".

in my opinion it will be released in just over three years , it has also recently been said that an official Scream video game will be released , also for consoles , which will be very similar to that of Friday the 13th and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre , and will be based on the first film , Scream 7 always gets pushed around with dates these days, some very far apart, but maybe Scream 7 will come out together with the Scream video game, the Scream video game will come out in these years, and both could come out on the 30th anniversary of the first Scream, so December 20, 2026, of course this is all my theory, maybe Scream 7 could come out in 2024 too but who knows

OCTOBER 2024 is empty apart from an un named movie that is holding 24th October.. personally I'd go for October... I don't think they're going to get Feb 2024 that quick.. Scream 6 started filming in June not September... it was Scream 5 that filmed September ..

I didn't say Scream 6 filmed in September. I said that if Scream 7 follows a similar pattern to Scream 6 then Scream 7 will shoot around September. That's based on the fact that Scream 5 released in January, while Scream 6 released in March, then adding time for them to figure out what Neve Campbell is doing. Also, October 2024 is too far out if they're planning to film this year. That's 19 months from now. From Scream 5 to Scream 6 was only 14 months, and they were planning for Scream 7 earlier than they did for Scream 6 due to the success of Scream 5. It's unlikely they wait until October just for the Halloween play, especially after a franchise record opening in March.

While that would be kind of a rehash of this movie, it actually wouldn't be surprising if they go that route in Scream 7

SCREAM 7 THEORY - I'm very happy with my Scream 7 theory so I'm going to lock it in place and I don't plan on changing my mind! Danny is the killer is Scream 7! He is the new Roman along with his partner in crime Stu's sister (also Vince's mum).. Opening is Stu's sister killing Mark, Sidney's husband.. the kids will be at their grandma's so they're not in the plot and after the attacks will be taken to hiding.. Sidney then goes straight to Gale... who brings in Sam and the now "core 5 if they included Danny".... Kirby turns up as the FBI agent... So why is Danny the killer? Danny is the mastermind since Scream 5! He sold his home (was stu's parents house) to Amber's parents and paired her up with Ritchie to target Sam after finding out in recent years Billy had a daughter... he wants revenge for what Billy did to his brother... The actor is 36 which if Danny is that age would mean he was 9 to 10 when Scream took place.. so this allows us a flash back to see a de-age billy and stu behind the scenes... Danny didn't meet Mr Bailey in this one.. one can assume they kept him out the way as Danny fed Mr Bailey dirt on Sam in order to get him to go after Sam in 6.

Well thought out! The only things I would say about this are what if Sidney doesn't come back? And also, Danny is probably in his early-30s at the oldest. Sam is around 26, and while a 10 year gap isn't terrible at that age, I don't know that they'd go out of their way to do that instead of just saying he's ~30.

I think Roman Sidney brother should have a kid that no one knows about since Roman was the master mind of all this show Billy of his dad and Sid mom and that's what made Billy become a Psycho Killer So thee Ghost face should be Roman kid and Sam because there daddy had some mommy issues made them crazy remember Billy mom left and Roman mom denied him

what i would like for scream 7 (I have not seen 6 yet): kill off Tara in the opening scene. it will shock all the gen z kids like it did us older folks with Drew barrymore. make Sam a killer and team up with stu. kill off gale just because its her time. have stu admit killing dewey in scream 5 (cmon there's no way amber really did that). have neve back with Kincaid as her husband. kill Kincaid. end the franchise with Sydney still remaining as the only original legacy character. keep the Meeks kids alive as well.

I liked everything except for Sam becoming a killer, and Kincaid dying. Sydney deserves a happy ending after all. Honestly, I've never been a fan of Sam's killer instincts trope, it feels silly to me. And you are absolutely right about having Stu return as a killer for the next film. It would make scream 5 a lot more tolerable now.

The only concern there is that Jenna is the biggest star of the new cast by a large margin. I don't know that the producers would be willing to kill her off so quickly

What do you mean? Kirby never confirmed Stu being dead. It comes as a bit suspicious that the Stu subject was brought up by Mindy and Kirby being FBI didn't even confirm his death.
