@alphasierra.5 жыл бұрын
I kinda agree, but could you please elaborate?
@RJLiams5 жыл бұрын
@@alphasierra. Call JD a girls name is considered an insult for the show. Now, people hate the fact that girls names are an insult. They'll feel like women in general are being attacked. The idea of the man card would be considered toxic masculinity to people. The show makes a lot of gay jokes that would never get by. Hell, JD was in black face. Even though context makes all of these jokes understandable and funny, it doesn't matter to moral busy bodies. This show would either be cancelled a season in or the writing would be so overly worked that it wouldn't even be the same show anymore.

It's implied that JD can take a joke and likes Dr Cox and likes the ribbing. It's male bonding. The dynamic is Cox is like his caring drill sergeant. They can also change attending doctors so it's a choice to stay with him. Don't ask for sources, be a real fan and watch every episode.

I love how Dr. Cox is such a wonderful display of toxic masculinity, and he makes fun of JD but he often shows how proud he is of him for the way he is, and sometimes even seems a little jealous.
