Mat4yo has had a solid pen (though I think he's leveled that up recently too). I think his biggest weakness was that his deliveries weren't always the coolest. Like there are some dudes you can just hear how much of a nerd they are in their delivery. But Matt has stepped his up by a lot since I first hear him.

“Make you know of ember because your 4x weak.” Is an ABSOLUTE BAR if you know Pokémon. You see, in the game, you do 2x the damage if your attack is super effective. This depends on the “type” of your attack and the “type” your opponent is. Ember is a “fire” move. And he says that you are 4x weak. That is the maximum multiplier to damage because a Pokémon can only have 2 types, and if each is weak, then you get both 2x multipliers, which gives you 4x weak. You wanna know the best part..? The only types weak to fire are Bug Grass Ice and Steel. This is basically saying that you are two of these types at once, and all of them are HORRIBLE type combinations. So it’s saying that you, at your core, suck, and that his fire, his raps, are super effective against you. Ok Grass/Steel is pretty good, but, even then, your still 4x weak to one of the best offensive types, Fire.

Mat4yo is a rapper I think you've managed to like quite a few times on his cypher appearances, but because you don't hear him consistently he hasn't stuck with you quite as much. He's a very good writer but produces a lot of rhymes and bars that, while layered, tend to be packed more with references that are much likelier to be appreciated by those in the know.
