Nice job!! The oem silver support ring that seals against the carbon ring comes thin like that, so it didnt wear that much, the replacements are thicker to help create a tighter seal to make sure water cannot get in.

Yes I agree. They are pretty damaged and that was going to be my next year project. Haven’t done the research on that yet. Do I have to change the whole jet-pump or is it possible remove them like the wear ring? Any idea?

You need to remove the impeller pull out the where ring and replace the house and then put that the shifter nozzle or whatever you want to call it the makes it goes in reverse and forward I would suggest to get the metal ones not the Plastic fins.. Now this is what I understand from the forms wants the plastic thin and bent it makes the jet nozzles not perform right so you're kind of wasting your time while you got it all for go ahead and fix it look on Amazon for the parks from what I'm understanding

You need to replace both fins or chipped and broke that's not good for engine
