Lucky to have chef Michael there. He is so knowledgeable about food and the ingredients. Fat Mom restaurant for sure is a must go place for dinner as Chef Michael also praises them

Everyone can also do the same. I do videos and post them on KZbin. KZbin pays me when people watch them. So I get money from KZbin to enable me to travel. If I don’t post on KZbin I cannot afford to travel as there will be no money. You can also do it if you want. No need to be envy. Good luck 👍 and thanks for watching . 🙏

Uncle Lee, interesting video and informative too. Thanks for finally uploading this Sabah trip. However, please don’t repeat the phrase “CHEAP, CHRAP, CHEAP”, otherwise unscrupulous traders, hawkers and restaurants to hike up their prices to “match” KL. This is a very common mistakes of KZbinrs, overexcited about good bargains and then made the traders, hawkers and restaurants feel like a moron and a fool to charged so cheap. Look at the price increases in tourist spots like Penang, Ipoh, Taiping, Seremban and Melaka. Show us the prices and we will know whether it’s cheap, reasonable or expensive. Thanks and stay safe and healthy Cheers to everyone

Why no eat crabs, is it much more expensive than KL? . Thinking going Sabah in mid March .
@UncleLeeAdventures2 ай бұрын
@@angtenglai1097 there are a lot of things to eat in Sabah… and crabs in Sabah is very very cheap. A kilo of meat crab 🦀 is RM50-60 (500-600 gram size) so it’s a lot cheaper than KL. Sabah has a lot of sea fish that cannot be found in West Malaysia, so it’s opportunity to go and eat something that is not easily available in KL.

Was curios , How to release live fish blood. So the dead fish sold in market won't be as nice because I the blood are not released. Thanks
@UncleLeeAdventures2 ай бұрын
@@angtenglai1097 the video below described the process of ikejime..(the Japanese method of killing fish and releasing the blood). 👇 kzbin.info/www/bejne/ioSXcoBvorWLY5osi=V6fcLwQlmuuc59Zs Fish that has blood released while they are still alive taste fresher and sweeter and the flesh is white in color. Top chefs around the world will know how to do this. You can also observe this method when you visit the fish markets in Japan. Most fish sold in markets in Malaysia died due to suffocation so they do have a little bit of bitter taste due to lactic acid buildup in its muscles. You will also see that the flesh is grey in colour. Hope this helps. 🙏

Hi Michael, you need to be very careful when booking packages to Semporna. There are a lot of Facebook scams going on with Semporna packages. You will see a lot of cheap packages being sold on FB and once you have paid the money, you will not be able to contact the sellers or agents, etc anymore. A lot of people got stranded at the Tawau airport after they arrived and no one picks them up and the sellers cannot be reached anymore. 😪 A friend almost got scammed and luckily she checked with resort before paying! So beware! I have booked it with 👇 WB TOURS & TRAVEL WeChat: wbtours Email: wb@wb-tours.com Website: www.wb-tours.com Hotline: +6016-8331462 Their FB page: facebook.com/profile.php?id=100063695345899 All the best...and I am sure you will enjoy Sabah.😁
