Seafood Pancake | 海鲜煎饼

一点海鲜加上一些蔬菜，简单又美味的韩式海鲜煎饼，自己在家做起来！
材料：15-17个小海鲜饼
海鲜：
虾仁、小扇贝、鱿鱼圈 总量约350克
配菜：
¼ 个洋葱
2个蘑菇
1小段胡萝卜
3棵小葱
面糊
1杯中筋面粉
⅓ 杯玉米淀粉
1杯水
1个鸡蛋
蘸料
1小勺韩国辣椒酱
2大勺酱油
1大勺醋
1大勺香油
1小勺白糖
1小勺白芝麻
Ingredients: making 15-17 pcs
Seafood:
shrimp, baby scallop, squid, about 350g in total
Vegetables:
¼ onion
2 mushrooms
small piece of carrot
3 green onions
Batter
1cup all purpose flour
⅓ cup corn starch
1 cup water
1egg
Dipping sauce
1 tsp Korea red chilli paste
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp roasted sesame seed
