Have you been able to go to the tour he is doing right now/recently? I went to his Dallas show, and it was great! I'm a newer fan who was introduced to his work by my dad, and it was convenient that the concert was about his first two albums as they were the ones I am most familiar with right now.

Honestly...how good is SEAL. I mean we listen to all his very well know performances & they're absolutely 'FANTASTIC' & then we listen to his lesser known performances & they are equally 'fantastic' He's a purity in voice, persona & charisma. He's a gift & a genuine lovable man that's found his meanings in life. SEAL...you are loved for the pleasure you give to people, the World Over.

My band when I was playing professionally around my hometown did hard rock covers of plenty of Seal. The songs are just that well written. Btw, they absolutely kick ass as hard rock arrangements. Fun as fuck to play, too.

Hands down 'The Church Recordings' of Seal performing " Whirlpool are Uniquely the Best of Seals fresh levels of writing. (oh, and his Duet w/Donna Summer... ) priceless, to watch him 'mesh' so easily w the greats.. 🙏 God is love

Performance is 90% when it comes to a live recording. Mastering for the studio. I was at this concert and everything you hear (including that tantalizing delay on his vocals was present there and then. Mastering has likely just been compression and limiting to raise the average level.
