Your recipe was perfect for checking what my Trini mom said I needed to do and she did it off the top of her head. She added the cinnamon in the boiling stage, but it is as easy as she said. Thanks for posting.

Good afternoon . I know you are the master chef . I always look to your recepies for refranc . But I made a miss with the seamoss . If u soke it over night then wash it out and soke it again , doing this process 3 times u would b surprised at how much sea moos u would get , a out 5 times what u just got . Only squiz the lime when u are boiling else the seamoss will b stringy and the yeld will b little bit . Ok. Take care .

Hey was looking for this recipe it is so simple like the idea of just fifteen minutes to soak. I am making it right now. Your recipes are so good.

Look into buying wild crafted sea moss it’s healthier for you and contains more of the minerals and doesn’t hardly ever have salt on it when it’s dried out. That sea moss is processed in a pool . Non processed moss is a lot skinnier less salt

How do you prepare it?
@katoz84253 жыл бұрын
@@TriniCookingwithNatasha I wash it well, several times of course. Then I soak it over night, blend it and store it in mason jars in the fridge. I either have two table spoons a day or I use 1/4 of a cup of the moss gel and make fruit smoothies. I put in what ever fruit im craving, a little spinach, chia seeds, oats and nuts and it’s delish. ( I also add a hint of cinnamon cause I love cinnamon)

The sea moss is ok. I like this brand but I don’t boil it. After I wash it I let it soak overnight then put it in the blender. Because that radiation creeped over to the west coast from Fukushima there may be traces of it in seaweed, period. I’m going to ozonate mine first hoping it will get out any traces of radiation.
