This is not gradually building anything. Cris Mourinho is a CES journeyman who was 2-2 in his last four in regional promotion when Tim Elliott raised his hand. Sean keeps fighting by laterally shifting in opponent level or sometimes even going down, other than Chito and now Paiva. I think he will win, but I won't be surprised if he fights a Louis Smolka next, and that is annoying.

It's easy to fall into bad habits which is why it's always good to be reminded why it's so important. There's also a tonne of science and study behind what is biologically happening during sleep but if you wanna dumb it all down to 'sleep is important duh, just use common sense' then go ahead.
