Bipolar disorder and manic depression are literally the same thing. And there was nothing in this video to suggest that she meets the diagnostic criteria for it. I'm a psychologist, in the real world not just online like so many people love pretending to be 🙄 armchair experts are a dangerous menace to society, this is why our field and people who do have mental health conditions get so stigmatized and misunderstood, trivialized and reduced to nonsense. What do you gain from making up diagnoses that you don't understand for people you don't know? Does it make you feel special? *Clearly* you don't care about how it affects people who actually struggle with bipolar disorder. Think before you post.

Even though the daughter was 4 years old at the time, did the police / investigators / detectives talk to her about what happened or if she saw anything ? It's really fucked up that a mentally unstable woman won custody of the kids. I don't know what the laws are for where they live, but the judge could've ordered the kids to stay with another family member instead of staying with the mother. CPS / DYFS / Adoption Agency (or whatever they're called) are supposed to be looking out for the kids. As someone who was in DYFS back in the 80's, let me tell you - they don't do shit for the kids until something bad happens to a child. I wasn't removed from my biological mother's side of the family until AFTER my younger brother died - just like this little girl, she wasn't removed from the mother until something happened to her brother. I'm not a gun person, but if I ever came across this woman, watch how fast I'll be begging to have a gun in my hand. Little Sky,..... sending boatloads of love to you ❤️❤️❤️

What a little goober... Such a heartbreaking story... Clearly mother is very sick... Which doesn't make it okay or acceptable in the slightest, because it's clear there was definitely malice in her actions. But the whole situation was so poorly mishandled and tragic all around... So heartbreaking that such a little sweetie got taken away from his father and sissy. I hope they're healing well... But I will say the fact that she wasn't at the very least charged with child neglect for leaving him in the car and child abuse for leaving him in a vehicle in such dangerous temperatures is absolutely infuriating... I would be beyond distraught if I were her partner. Especially considering the fact that she had previously left him in a car, alone for an extended period in the past. AND both times she took her daughter with her while he was left behind. If it had been both I feel like her story or saying it was just bad judgment could be almost believable but the fact that she chose one to abandon the other shows some clearly egregious intentions in my opinion. I feel for his father, considering those circumstances and just not knowing would destroy my life. I wouldn't be able to go on until I knew what happened. I hope he's okay as he can possibly be....

Why didn't they issue a subpoena, (a court issued document that requires this woman to appear in court) since she was the last one to see her child alive? Did they even issue a subpoena? I'm sorry for playing the race card, but let's stop and think how similar this case is to the Casey Anthony' case. She was found not guilty of murdering her daughter. Of course she did try unsuccessfully to play the card of a grieving mentally unstable mother to avoid from taking the stand in her defense, but the photos of her drinking and enjoying life knowing full well that her daughter was dead. It angered me to learn how our Judicial System faiied this child, her murder will never be solved, I've always suspected that our Judicial System is extremely corrupted and unfair to certain groups American citizens.

I'm sorry for playing the race card in this situation, but let's stop and remember the Casey Anthony's case. She was found not guilty of murdering her daughter, and she apparently was mentally stable. Sadly there are a different set of laws for certain people. So this child's disappearance is not important as far as I can tell, because mommy dearest refuses to cooperate and her stupid husband doesn't have the balls to fight for his missing child.

@@terririckert7069 Yeah, I imagine if the dad had a decent attorney, there would have had plenty of evidence of her mental instability shown to the courts. @abhisangel
@abhisangel 5 жыл бұрын
@Kari, I’m not sure if it’s true or not but I live in the area where this happened and I heard (back around the time it happened) that she did undergo a mental health evaluation and did terrible on it. I also heard that she had spoke to her husband (when they were still together) of dreams that told her to kill the kids. I’m sure she would say he’s making that up now and lying about her. But if there’s any truth to any of it, it makes even more shocking that the judge allowed her to have custody.
