@@ROCKNTV1 yeah, by the way what oil did you say to use? (Because I'm in NY by the way) and is it ok if I keep the wheels off and not turn it over on it's side? I'm not concerned with the time it takes

hi nice video! I just changed the oil in my ss 16 I cut the side of a funnle so it would stand up strait fit it in fill hole used plumbers putty to seal all around it so it didn't leak out it took a little bit but it worked. not qiut as fast as your way maybe next time I'll try it

Theres no need to tip itAll you have to do is remove the screw in the shifter for venting

then you need a gasket an prob a new boot.

On my ss I had a hose going into the fill plug with a funnel on the other end and it WOULD NOT take a drop of oil until I took one of the bolts out that holds the shifter on so that it would vent. Then it wasnt so bad also my car needs the same tube/funnel set up in order to do the same service so I was half set up to begin with
