Hi,I like your recipe and the best part of your vid's is it is "wtih no music" "no talks"" ..so all my focus is on what you are doing..This is working like a very relaxation technique for me as well..:)

This is similar to Basilan and Sulu tribes of philippines. I can taste the sweetness of the coconut

Hello. Im just sharing what i learn from my family recipe for the coconut crepes , i think you should not put water in it because the filling will end up wet and not dry , and you should put brown and white sugar to enhance the flavouring :) just sharing a little tho 👍

Hi may i know, once i cook the sweet coconut filling, let it sit and completely cool, may i put it in the fridge overnight next day only reheat it and wrap with the crepe ? If yes may i know how many days it can last to keep it in the fridge ? Thanks

Loves watching your videos had tried some of your recipes. I loved Kueh Dadar very much but my crepe don’t turn up very good. Either it break or too soft. Try many times still doesn’t work! May I know what is wrong. Thank you

Thanks for your support and comments. Sorry about your crepes...perhaps try add a little bit more flour, and make sure you stir well before you cook them. Hope these help. Good luck :-)

I don't use artificial flavoring for my recipe. However, I am sure you can replace the Pandan juice with pandan flavoring, make sure to adjust the liquid accordingly.

Yes, you can substitute with dry coconut. If the coconut filling turned out drier, then add a bit of water.

Its hard to find Pandan leaves in overseas, may I know if I can make pandan juice using either pandan extract mix with water ?

***** I used to work in Perth and my wife grows these pandan leaves. Australia has a strict law on outside plants finding it was kind of tough but the plant is quite sturdy and does not need much maintainance

Yup, I traveled to Jakarta at least twice a year, and have seen many kue (kuih) resembles the one in Malaysia. The taste and name might be diff but look similar..
