I'm with you, there's no way a guy like that is in a maxed out guild. I rarely see any guild emissaries on the servers let alone one with a distinction of 10! My guild has just 10 members with only 2 being regular players, and those two players (me being one of them) haven't been playing for two weeks. Our guild is a hair shy of 50. Me thinks that guy is a liar, lol.
