This is the first I have watched one of your vlogs and have to make a negative comment. This kitchen staff doesn’t seem to care about best practices. Kitchen dutty, the rim of the Dutchpot looks like it has never been cleaned. Man no wash the stuff he’s putting in the blender. Trust me this is not how it’s supposed to be. But I guess it brings way more flavours to the finished product

I agree wholeheartedly. I felt sick watching and then to see FB testing the wares with such gusto, made it worst. This place needs a power wash and the food handlers needs training. Salmonella poisoning waiting to happen. SMDH 😢

His kitchen looks pretty clean. Most things seemed already prepped for camera. You don’t need to waste camera time. Onions are pre-cut/prepped. Peppers are pre-packaged & probably ore washed. Suggestion: make sure you wash! LOL!

I was raised with the saying. "Clean and clear as you go along". This kitchen needs work. The blackness of the oil that lobster went in. The lobster hanging on the sink while the chicken was in there seasoning. The sink needed thorough cleaning. Pepper not washed. Mek mi leave di people dem kitchen alone. Nyam a mi yawd. I get it that you want to show Jamaica Street food but my God why take and show the world this style of unhygienic cooking ,you could understand a little if they were cooking on wood fire 🔥 so the Ash and smoke makes it look grey but this is a gas cooker for flck safe look at the zinc splash back its manky the deep fat fryer is greesy with the knife chopper in the frying basket the floor the pot them the meat been season in the sink then this whole heap of pepper and Maggi only how do you season that where is the pimento garlic thyme skellion mi tiad too much wrong in this duty kitchen close for a week clean and paint this place you need another sink in that kitchen for washing meats only .look at the tap for the sink it's so dirty man fix up

I am really surprised that Food Boss promotes such unsanitary, unsafe and unhealthy practices. Food handlers need to be trained on best practices to decrease/prevent contamination which can potentially lead to serious health issues or even death.
