Workout 130. Seated Chair Upper Body Workout with Medicine Ball: 20 Minute Sitting Arms Shoulders and Back Strength Workout. You can easily substitute a kettlebell instead of using the medicine ball and dumbbells would work well too! Fire and Burn...you'll feel them both:) These effective upper body exercises can be done either sitting or standing...your choice!

Great work out! My son gave me a medicine ball for Christmas and I never really know what to do with it. Now I know! Love the way it truly is a full upper body workout. I feel it. Thank you so much!

Thank you so much for putting these videos up, I weighed 330 lbs and I have a hard time losing weight , because my breasts are so big, jumping around isnt an option it causes me extreme back pain. These exercises have been helping me. I found your videos last week and already lost 10lbs .

Thanks. For this. I work retail and a lot of time I get home and can barely walk. I have a ten lbs ball, might have been a bit much for my first time. May look into a lighter one next time.

Just found you. Really like your professional manner, you don't talk too much (a pet peeve of mine) plus you educate as you go. Not sure what you do for a living but I felt like I was in a PT class. Well 👍🏼. Subscribed ✔️

I schedule to use them every week... it doesn't always happen and my heavier one is more like a basketball, really big for my arms/hands so I tend to avoid using it, even though it gives a really good burn.

@@tinabelak9109 I have a larger basketball sized one as well! I have to be careful of my lower back when I use it!!

Hi Lara. Can we have more weighted vest and medicine ball workouts? Are you planning to get a kettlebell? I think you mentioned it in your last stacking video? If you did, what weight would you start with? 🔥⚡️🌟🙂
@gosimpli
@gosimpli Жыл бұрын
That's a great idea. I love using all the equipment I have and sometimes I think we forget or just don't know how to incorporate them into our regular workouts. I am hoping to get a kettlebell!! I think I would start with about 12-15 lbs and then move up to something heavier.

Enjoyed using the medicine ball. Like you said it's a nice change-up from using weights. Have you ever considered making something like a "6 week rotation" plan? That way we would know the best way to incorporate your old and new videos into a comprehensive plan. Thanks for all you do :)

This was a great upper body workout! I was wondering if you have or could produce a seated workout with weights that focuses on the back specifically? and is done from several different angles to cover all area's of the back?

This looks great! I was thinking about trying it out on Friday and would pair it with your core ball exercise and a lower body exercise. Which lower body exercise would you recommend paired with the two ball exercises?
@gosimpli
@gosimpli 3 жыл бұрын
That sounds like a great idea! Since you are using the ball for your other two workouts, why not try this one: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aHrSZXuAhKZ3j5o It uses a mini/loop band. I have just filmed a lower body workout with a medicine ball that I will be posting soon. I am also working on a rotational plan (4-6 weeks) where I put videos that pair well together!

Loved this WO so much I did it twice in a row (and also because my FitBit conked out halfway during the first time and if it didn't FitBit, it didn't happen right? 🙂) Wish I had the smaller medicine ball like yours though as mine is basketball size and 11 lb -- I switched to my 8.8 lb kettlebell for a few exercises, eg woodchoppers, triceps and tree sways. Thank you again for your great workouts, especially this one as I too forget to workout with my medicine ball 🙂
@gosimpli

Haha! I am the same way with my fitness watch!! I love the smaller medicine ball. I live in Canada so I got mine at Canadian Tire but I'll research other places a similar one could be purchased. I find the basketball sized one just too much width for my upper body posture. Keep working out...you're doing great 👍
