I'm 70-3/4 and a bit overweight. For as long as I can remember, I have hated exercise but eldergym makes it fun! My doctor wants me to do this 2X week, and today marks my 2nd time.

Just recovering from three years of treatment for heart failure now am very weak and these kind of exercises are great to help. Can only keep to half way maybe when my treatment is finished I will be better placed to succeed.

Yes, Heart failure can really drain your energy. Keep with it but don't over do it.
