I injured my left knee and so I have begun doing chair workouts to help with strengthening my muscles and body. I yelled at Jessica the entire workout " I hate you, Jessica". But of course, that is because of how much muscles burned during the workout. I have been doing other workouts and forgot how much work Jessica works out my body. I did not miss this burn even though I know that it is good for me. Thanks Jessica for this workout. I appreciate it so much as I am recovering from knee injury.

Jessica you are such a blessing in my life! I just love the amazing workouts you have provided for us. Having rheumatoid arthritis for years had diminished my range of motion greatly. Foremost I give glory to God for bringing you to me. I now have better mobility than the last 20 years of my life. I love your a la carte variety of workouts. I often do the 30 minute low impact cardio with the 10 minute chair stretch. I will now add the seated 20 minute ab, leg, arm workout to my regime. Also the 40 minute seated cardio and strength is fabulous. Sorry this is so long, but just want you to know you are part of my answered prayers to help bless my condition. Great workout - I wasn't able to do them all due to a knee injury but could do most of them. Thank you so much Jessica - I used to work out 2+ hours 4 days a week then grad school happened and I haven't worked out since August since my work provided a lot of exercise. I have been feeling my body weakening the past month or so, this is great.

I just tried this workout for the first time, almost by accident. I had just completed another one of your KZbin videos and this one started playing before I could stop casting to my TV. So, I tried it. I often use your videos with my Ladies' Bible Study group because we have a little workout session before each meeting, but several of the ladies have physical limitations which make it hard for them to do anything strenuous. As a result, we have fallen into a kind of rut where we are just doing stretching or yoga. While that's great, I would love to introduce something to help build them up, and this looks like the perfect solution. Hopefully, my internet connection will hold during our meeting tonight (it's kind of out in the country), and chair work will be our new thing. :) I'm surprisingly sweaty! Thanks, Jessica!

I was going to give this a miss but glad I didn't. This seated workout really made feel my shoulders and even butt and thighs. I found it much more effective than your earlier chair workouts. Because of the dips and hovers it wouldn't really be possible to do it on a stability ball. As someone who occasionally has ankles problems this would certainly be an option. Thanks Jessica.

Thanks! The bending and stretching felt good and worked aome muscles that need attention. Upper back and tops of thighs really felt it and great glute work at the end. Did this on an exercise ball. Now I feel my posture is better too. Yay!

I thought this workout would not be challenging at all. However, I felt the resistance. Good workout especially for the injured or those whose current weight would not allow them to complete other cardio routines.

I found this because I was looking for a way to strengthen my core/upper body without using my legs. I broke my knee back in November, had surgery in January. I was non-weight bearing for three months. I'm in physical therapy for my knee and decided it was a good idea to get the rest of me in shape. I had to modify a few but was able to do most.

Thanks for this workout. This is my first time getting back into regular exercise after a bout of depression. However, there are a couple things I can't do that might be related to my size - such as pressing my elbows together. They um... don't fit around my boobs. :P Also, the first stage of that off-the-chair tricep exercise is hard for those whose hips come right to the edge of the chair. The second and third stages were much easier. Just FYI. Thanks again - I feel great!
