I LOVE working out with you. when I got my Fitbit I discovered walking inside. I live in Washington state and walking outside is NoT an option ALOT of the time as it's rainy and yucky and I have a 2.5 year old. (gotta get those steps!) I love that you have full length videos and short 12 minute ones so that on mornings like today when I'm in a fog I can get moving and wake up! thank you Jessica!

Thank you so much for the great selection of lower impact walk/cardio videos! I am now back to exercising 4 days a week and getting better all the time. I developed severe subtalar/ankle osteoarthritis in my mid 30's, making walking difficult. I can't say enough about your videos and have passed them along to my family and friends.

I have done so many of her workouts online but this one is definitely at the top. She is so much fun and I love how she tells us to modify them if our bodies don't move like that. I have SI joint issues and I do several of these workouts. Jessica is the best!!!!

Done this one about 10 times, but this was my first time doing it 28 weeks pregnant 😂 these + 30-40 min walking cardio workouts are the *BEST*! I work out with you daily, but this one got me sparkling this afternoon for sure!

I LOVED this! I have serious DOMS following a lower body strength train yesterday. I was absolutely shattered after driving hundreds of miles today but wanted to do some kind of workout before going to bed. This was PERFECT! Feel really alive again but know that after a shower, I'll sleep really well tonight. Thanks so much, Jessica. Variety, interest and motivation by the bagful!!!! Love your workouts. I'm 65 and have hip and lower back issues and struggled for a long time to find the right low impact workouts for me other than going for longer and longer walks! I was (am still!!) a dancer and miss not being able to 'leap about'! ❤️💃🏻👣👣💃🏻❤️

Hi Jessica! This workout was exactly what I needed. I have an incredibly bad knee, so there are certain things I can't do, but I like that you provide options - add a twist, add a knee - that I can choose to do or not do without feeling like I'm missing out. I admit I wasn't always up to tempo, but I take that as a challenge. Will be doing this again tomorrow!

I ended up just doing 2 of these today (instead of the 4 suggested) because I had the chance to go snowshoeing today, which was about 5000 steps or so. Honestly, I don't know if i could've gotten through 4 of these back to back. Maybe 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening? Something to work up to!! Thanks again!

Did this after work and was so glad I didn't try it in the morning because it takes me until about noon to get my coordination working. LOL! Loved it though, simple, fast but effective. Love the reminders about using abs and chest resistance. It really helps me make the most of these moves!
