Recovering from COVID and at the tail-end of it with cough and fatigue. I haven't been able to work out in a week, and I was surprised at how tired I got from this. It was exactly what I needed without pushing my body too much. Thank you!

Thank you for this. I'm 26 weeks pregnant with a cold and until now I've been working out regularly lifting weights and doing yoga but do not have the energy to do either right now. Thank you Jessica for having a workout like this! My 3 year old was sick last week, and lots of up a night evenings. Then last week I came down with the bug, so today, Monday I feel mostly better but this was a gift so that I did not feel like I was loosing what I have gained the last 3 months I have been working our with you and Peanut! This is probably the most valuable "workout" I've ever encountered-- it has helped me tremendously when I've been sick or after surgeries. Getting basic exercise during these times is just as important as when one is healthy--for regaining energy, strength, and mobility. Thanks so much for making this-- there needs to be more videos made like this, as sick or injured people often fall through the cracks and are forgotten about.

After too many weeks recovering from a stress fracture in the foot and not being allowed to workout properly (or barley walk), it's good to be back to your videos, even if this is about as hard as I can work at the moment. Hopefully I will be able to move to some walking videos soon enough - those are my favorites! Thank you for the good variety on the workouts, Jessica, they are truly needed!

This was great! I knew that there had to be something on KZbin for exercise when I'm under the weather. I cannot do my physiotherapy exercises since they are laying down and I am having trouble breathing, but this was fine. And one of the exercises I did adapt, like you said, but because of my back, not that it was too hard. Thanks for putting this out.

Thanks for this Jessica. I really needed it today. I have a small sinus infection/cold and I have been coughing non-stop for the last few days. The cat/cow stretches really helped ease the pain in my sides and back. Just seeing you always makes me feel better, so I'm glad I did a few gentle movements. I especially liked the arm swings and I feel a little better. It actually made me hungry, too, which I haven't been at all. I think I'll reheat some homemade chicken soup, lie on the couch and watch some golden girls, LOL. Hope everyone is feeling well today!

I used to run half marathons and gym at least 4 days a week, but been going through some major health issues after Pfizer vaccine last year, and its been 4 months now I could barely do anything. All physical activity stopped, this helped get back into it thanks. Looks so simple and easy but I was out of breath after 5 min lol.

Thank you so much for this light workout. I just discovered years later. I've been recovering from a long stretch of acute bronchitis (3 1/2 weeks), and am recovering. However, I'm worn out from the illness. Although I'm on the mend, my ribs, chest and back are sore from weeks of coughing. I miss working out so much, and this was a nice way to get my muscles going again so I can ease back into my exercise routine. And thank you for not having us get on the floor, or do those hand crawls and floor exercises. I just wanted to stay on my feel and loosen up. This was perfect.

I’m looking for a light exercise in my 8th day quarantine for covid positive, this is perfect! I Please note that I have a very light symptoms and feel more energy, this light exercise helped me to connect with my body and I feel refresh after doing this! Others with positive covid might not feel the same way, our body react differently with the virus, our immune and energy level might be different, so please use your discretion!
