Qi Gong while sitting. Exercise to loosen the shoulders and prevent neck tension. It trains the hip muscles and opens the lung channels. The loose, relaxed movements are reminiscent of those of a bird that soars smoothly into the air and floats carefree and serenely in the distance above things.
