I just called Jura’s warranty and they said to empty the tank and put the water again but it seems to be the same 😭 , my husband said I don’t know why you want to buy a expensive machine like that when nobody can help when this kind of problem happens !

I'm a Saeco fan, but I find this machine incredibly sexy! The two bean hoppers look amazing, and you can't beat that LCD screen! Its so beauteous!

Gail, out of all those super automatics, which is your personal favorite? I've had the Gaggia titanium until it broke, then I got the saeco focus but it has no menu options. So I'm curious as to which one is your favorite? Thank you love your videos.

What is your opinion on this machine for an office environment? We are wanting to get a good quality super automatic machine. It would probably be doing 10-20 drinks five days a week.

I paid 6k for a coffee machine Jura giga5 and it is giving me a hard time ! I did descale clean , everything that they say to the machine work properly but after all that I did it says that the Trail is out of place so when I it in on the place right it ask for feeling the water Trail and it is already felled! So it continue to bring me back again and again !!! Please can somebody help me please:-/

can it watch youtube or browse? i love the shark gills, i think i'll play with that instead of making coffee :) great concept, 2 grinders that can mix 2 your need, i hope OTF multigrindmixing are the next step in evolution on other & more budget automatics, no more scooping out the grinder or using the bypass doser with stale groundcoffee. i dont think jura's needs a screen, an iphone or android remote control app would be nice too, one that can interact,service and shop with SCG off-course :)

Don’t Buy It, it is sooo much trouble to clean. Every 6 months you need to take the machine apart with its many screws and clean the brewer properly or else Coffee will be bitter as mold builds up easily. The machine arte designed not too last very long, deliberately. No rubber seal’s anywhere causes coffee grounds to escape everywhere and mold grounds. Grounds go everywhere internally, which can affect the brewer, slows down, & eventually because of dirt build-up can damage itself. This machine was designed to only give you good tasting Coffee for only the beginning of 2 years, after that it’s designed to be serviced and parts replaced at a great cost. The, SWISS, as criminal as always……, that’s how you make money……

Yep. It's going to be another 5-10 years before something of real quality that lasts, is going to come out. Current models are still cash grabs that require very expensive maintenance 3-6 months within purchasing.

Do not buy. Milk is Luke warm. Ok if u like cool cappuccino. Jura are bad for this. Also you cannot buy the ceramic grinder discs when they wear out. You have to buy the whole grinder unit. £750. Each. For a £4000 machine I was very disappointed.
