The drummer (Curtis Moss) is a huge TOOL fan and was actually the one that suggested they cover this song. And he f'ing killed it. He is a BEAST on that drum kit. Everything in this is perfect. I love Tool and think these kids actually played it better. Love the drums, percussion section, mix of piano with the guitars, and having a female voice just adds to the meaning of the song. And the bassist is the real rock star. Watch him use his hand on the opposite fret at 6:20. Badass move

When I saw it when it came out it was incredible 🤯🎶😉kids are amazing i always bought my boys every & any instrument they wanted … I love it so much 💜🎶I still have the videos of my sons playing me clean from incubus on the djembe and so many more they had every instrument guitar,bass, & 7 string & pedals /Amps every percussion, drums keyboards ,horns, even a bagpipe it’s good for the soul start them young 😉all genres 🎶music is life 🎶💙💙there all grown up now and still play the music 🎶 I love it 🥰

Im a drummer myself and in high school, Danny Carey's stick work and groove was just a bit beyond my reach. I started with Metallica, Pantera, moved on to Slipknot and before my senior year ended I played this song. With blisters on my hands, blood on the snare and tears running down my face as I screamed triumphantly. They pulled it off flawlessly. I had a huge grind on my face watching this the first time, and I had a huge grin on my face watching your reaction. +1 sub.

You should check the singer, Kala Scarpinski, she did many great covers through O'Keefe Foundation. She did Sober and The Pot cover also in her late teens. She is currently in the rock band Saving Escape. Her artistic name is now Kala Rose. I think she is amazing talent, hope she will make it big!
