There is also Mk. 9:1 which refers to a witnessed Parousia within the lifetime of some of those standing there. Apologists like to twist this into being a reference to the Transfiguration or the destruction of the Temple but according to Mk. 8:38-9:1 and Mt. 16:27-28, the Son of Man "coming" involves angels and casting universal judgment. Since this does not happen during the Transfiguration or the events of 70AD, then that means these interpretations must be incorrect.
