'Secret' AC Delete Belt for the Hemi engine - DIYHEMI

Blake shows us how to do an AC delete on a Hemi while still having operability of all of your other accessories with a unique new serpentine belt. This allows the AC to be removed or you could actually still leave it there and just bypass it. The belt you can find off the shelf or one day if we decide to stock it for easier find ;). FYI The outside dimensions of that belt are: 1996mm or 78 9/16 inches Inside dimensions are: 1982mm or 78 inches 6 Rib, Width 20mm or .807 inches

What about 2016 5.7 with AC delete? Has electric power steering pump as well so just an idler in its old location. Know which belt? Thanks!

I have an 05 5.7l V8 Grand Cherokee. Would I be able to use a Dayco 5060785 Serpentine Belt which is 78.5"? My AC clutch is rattling around like a tin can. I bought what was supposed to be a bypass pulley fit for my Grand Cherokee but it didn't fit in engine.

My smooth idler pulley can spin with the belt attached and the car off,what do you suggest I do? Buy another idler?

You would need to run a power steering delete pulley/bracket
