20:52 Katie’s “hey let me talk” was great! 🤣 She’s come a long way since her first appearance in episode 50! Also, praying for you Katie in these final, uncomfortable weeks. 🙏🏻

One time at Walmart as I was reaching for milk a very homeless looking man came very close to me and said “excuse me ma’am… could I borrow your phone? So I can call God.. and tell Him He lost one of His angels….?” And then he just stared at me till I told him thank you and then he said “you’re welcome ma’am” and then as mysteriously as he came…he went. It was freaky for a second but it was also the most wholesome things I’ve ever experienced 😅

👏 Katie, for shushing Trey! I was thinking these last few episodes that he keeps interrupting you, and it’s so frustrating! Love Trey, but stop interrupting your wifey!

I used to work at an elementary school and I was assigned morning car duty. Some parents wouldn’t go all the way down to the designated area to allow as many cars as possible, so there wouldn’t be a long wait. Then there were parents who would stop in the middle of the drop off line, get out their car and walked their child to the door…just holding up the car line 😒🙄🤦♀️😂

The school drop off rage is real. Thank you Derrick for bringing this to light. My oldest of three is in high school. At one point I was driving three kids to three different schools in the morning. By the third school, my patience was so thin, I felt awful for what my child heard come out of my mouth. It does get better as the year goes on, but once school starts after a break or especially the new year, the learning process starts all over again. The administration sends out messages like, “ remember to treat this intersection like a four way stop….”. That does help.

I was a cart girl for 2 years and *most* guys were politely flirty, but some dudes would literally tell me they wouldn’t tip me unless I took shots with them 🙃 There was also a regular old guy who was always extremely flirty 24/7. Turns out, two years later, I work at the same company as his wife. Very awkward for company parties where family is involved 😂

I lived in a three story townhouse and had terrifying thoughts about being trapped by a house fire after having my first baby. I kept convincing myself I would be fine and didn't order the fire ladders. I finally ordered them when my husband had a nightmare about it. A couple weeks after they were delivered we bought a new split level house so i returned them.

Derek! THANK YOU for addressing the school pick up line. It triggers me constantly! 🤦🏻♀️ I have actually had the thought before that I can’t wait till Trey has to do it and makes a video about it because it is the WORST! I’ve been dealing with it for 12 years, sorry to tell you..it doesn’t get better. Good luck!

Katie, thank you for reminding me to buy fire extinguishers. I was lying in bed last night worrying about what I would do if there was a fire blocking me from getting to my kids. I guess I'm not the only mom who thinks about these things at night!

School pick off and drop off triggers are so real! I live in a neighborhood with a charter school and parents think the STOP sign is a great place to let their kids out of their car 😂 nope not great! I have come home from Work early or left later and people are IN my driveway with their cars turned OFF just chilling waiting for their kid or dropping off. And sorry to say parents do not follow the schools laid out plans and routes. It’s so frustrating and mostly because that is how children get hurt and but by cars because people don’t want to be “ inconvinienced” so anyway I am 100% with Derek on the craziness of that

My sister and her husband bought a house on the corner of the street where there is a bus stop. They have a circle driveway and apparently parents used it for school drop off and pickup. When they first moved in she came home from work one day and pulled in the driveway and stopped. a car pulled in behind her and honked at her and told her to pull forward so the other cars could pull in. My sister put a stop to that immediately 😂

It’s crazy that you all are having this conversation about Hokas.. I’ve been trying to find new shoes online, and been looking at Hokas but they’re all so ugly! I need something heavy duty and comfortable since I’m on my feet all day long. I’ve had Ons for the last 10 months, but they have holes already and my feet are killing me. Maybe I’ll go for Brooks.

Min 53-ish: Derek, sorry, 25 years later... top TX and CO public school district schools; tiny private school, small K-12 school in Hawaii, So Cal desert school district... If it hasn't changed in these past 25 years, it is not going to get better. Drop off and pick up systems were always my worse living nightmare that I was so glad to be freed from when Kid 3 graduated high school in 2015.

I don’t pay attention to Taylor or Travis but it would hilarious if they instead announced a proposal on that day😂 I was curious, so I looked it up and they said it’s entirely false and they’re actually bringing lawyers in 😬. Honestly I can’t imagine the mental toll of having my love life public to the entire world. That’s terrifying. Hope the best for everyone!
