Secret of the Townscreen revealed! (Heroes VII)

Hey! I'm almost finished with my faction. I still have some problems though. One of them is how do I make a prefab of the town screen? Also: I still didn't create a siege battle map, - I don't know how to do it 3 abilities in faction skill are a bit buggy, - a very small problem map locations for both champions and 3 levels of the city and Fort, - my models have to many vertices :( I don't know how to add custom music.- do you know how? I also cannot manage to make all 4 parts of Shantiri disc into one disc through the forge(map location).

Do you know how to edit townscreen icons display. They appear in strange locations how to change them?
