Thats a useful too, and I have a 3 prong tool that's very similar, a Hellermann tool designed for stretching Hellermann sleeves used in wiring harnesses etc. They can be used with o-rings and the like too, and are possibly easier to find. In the wonderful world of electronics assembly they were often referred to by another name though, similar to what your 4 prong tool is meant for I'm guessing 🤣
