Good quality solution there Karl. I’m going to have to make some of those. I’ve lost count how many times I’ve not been able to move in the shop due to having every service covered in panels drying. That centre panel looks interesting too, Jakes looking like a pro with the CNC now.

Karl, have you considered using parcel tape or something similar to wrap between the cutout grooves on your racks 🤔, this maybe of help, as you and I both know that when you have spent the time to do a good job on the painting and then find when you come to remove the item from your racks that there's a patch of paint that's either missing or damaged because it has basically stuck to the drying rack it's suddenly gone from a good paint job to oh shit now I need to do a touch-up of said area. Just s little something to consider going forward if this has or does ever happen to you when painting!!!

Hi Michael I go to a local paint shop and they make the colour you require. So if you get a colour chart say from Farrow & Ball take it into your local paint supplier and they will make the colour for you.

Must admit i do like your idea for spacing the panels when painted. Ive used 40mm panel pins to rest and stand pieces for painting in the past. Great video again
