Being a good human being and the reasons is truly important that no one talks about that needs to be. This speaks volumes about what you are as well as who you are. This is something that the younger generation needs to learn. Kudos Kyle. Out of today's weapons, I would choose the tire thumper. They remind me of escrima sticks, and you can go to town on someone in a close combat situation, especially against long weapons. If they have a long weapon and are coming at you, use that to your advantage and let them, and draw them into a choke point where you will have the upper hand as well as the element of surprise. And bang, they just messed with the guy who was willing to be the nice human being. Prayers continued, Tony Walkingstick
@Karatemart Жыл бұрын
Wow!! You said that absolutely perfectly!!! That is exactly why a tire thumper can be a much better weapon than a longer weapon in the right hands! I really appreciate your prayers. When any of my senior instructors asked for a volunteer to show the class a technique, I first asked, "Is it going to hurt", if they said, "probably", I stood up. I, was the Ukie, every chance I get, sometimes spelled "Ookie", and that's my name for your new Wing Chun Dummy, because that dummy is always volunteering. As for holding the door open for someone, I'm pretty used to not being ignored, but, like you, I do it because of who I am not who the other person is. If there's no thank you, which is rare, I just shake my head and move on. But, it doesn't stop me from doing it again, so, good advice. In the absence of civility among us, I pride myself on rising above the rest. By the way, I meant to tell you some time ago, I love those throw in "cameos" of people when you're telling a story, nice touch. I love the destruction of the "problem solver", but people should know that in confined spaces, you're not going to get that full swing. I would take a bat from someone and hold it more like a staff, but yeah, that item has a heck of a kick.

Try your best not to take those non-thank you door holders too personal You know that you do it because you are kind and you were raised with manners unlike those who can’t spare a thank you. I am legally blind and I do my best to hold doors for people when I’m able to catch someone coming by and I also say thank you when I see that someone is holding the door for me. Keep up your kindness my good sir. I have a pair of those steel fist gloves and I just love how warm they make my hands feel and when I punch solid things, it doesn’t hurt my hand. A real shame that those first gloves that you showed us didn’t protect your hands properly, but hopefully that gets resolved in the future. Also I bought a poly propylene mini slugger from you guys that I felt was a really great weapon. Then you showed off the problem solver defense bat and it looks like I’ll be making another purchase. I wouldn’t want to be on the receiving end of you swinging that bat at me lol.

Its not uncommon to have "build a kit" sections where you pick out several items and drop them into an EDC pack for some savings when you control which products that are available for said EDC, just put everything on sale on the list of bag stuffers. you make money and move product, the customer gets a one stop shop and saves a few dollars and you can always put a few "special reserve" flyers in for special un-advertised items and heads up on new goodies. :) @@Karatemart

Hi 😊 I’ve been looking at the endless options for a personal protection weapon that would be highly effective & very quick for stopping a threat, say if I was to wake & find someone trying to attack me or any other situation that is life threatening & up close. I’m really hoping to find something that has little risk of being taken away & used on me, so I’ve been wondering if a weapon like a Karambit or something similar that has finger holes would be a good option ~ I’m 5’5”, 125 lbs & no spring chicken so I’m not very intimidating on my own 😬 I know there are so many different kinds of personal protection weapons out there & I’m definitely no expert so I could really use some advice. You seem extremely knowledgeable about such things & you show some very cool stuff in your videos, I really enjoy them! Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks, Nicole 😊
@Karatemart Жыл бұрын
Hi Nicole! That is such a great question, but a very difficult one to answer. When it comes to personal protection, it always depends on the situation and the experience level of the user. You mentioned wanting a personal protection weapon that would work anytime your life was threatened, even if you woke up and found someone attacking you. Many people aren’t legally allowed to have a home security firearm, so your idea of a small knife (karambit) seems logical to me. But, most importantly, it would be wise to learn self-defense techniques that could help you in any of those situations. And, if you do decide to carry a weapon, make sure to spend time learning how to use it properly, because when a situation does happen, it needs to be muscle memory. I hope that helps. Thanks so much for watching and Happy New Year!
@missnicole536911 ай бұрын
Thank you so much, yes it does indeed help. And I definitely agree with you about the importance of learning safe & proper usage of any weapon until I can do it blindfolded. Again, thank you for your advice & for all the great videos, I’ve truly learned a lot from you! 😊

That's true Amoz. He was not a very friendly person, but maybe he was just having a bad day. Thanks so much for your support, my friend!

Kyle as with Ho’oponopono you took 100% responsibility and did the correct HUMAN move with the door. Doing any action to seek approval is a weak persons game. You are to strong/kind to need approval at yo ur current point in life. As for the wing chun dummy how about Bruce in remembrance of the man who was a CUT above the rest. RIP Mr. Lee
@Karatemart Жыл бұрын
Thanks Albert! I really appreciate that! We’ve had a couple of people make references to Bruce Lee, with it’s name, but no one has said “Bruce” yet, so I’ll add that to the list. Have an excellent week, my friend!

Old wingchun dummy: Sap New wingchun dummy: Hi it's great to be he, wait what do you mean mess with Old wingchun dummy: freedom Me: what happens to the old dummy?
@Karatemart Жыл бұрын
LOL...sadly, the old wing chun dummy is going to be used for larger weapons so that we don't immediately destroy the new wing chun dummy. So, the Old wing chun dummy is definitely not getting the Freedom he desires!!! Have an awesome week, my friend!

Love your channel, watched for a long time, ill give the new person a shot, but to be honest your the main reason i watch, your attitude and delivery are great. But without you, i am probly going to stop following, i can lookup weapons myself. You were the draw here brother. Sorry to see you go.
@Karatemart Жыл бұрын
That's really kind of you to say, Keith! I appreciate that! I'll still be doing the videos once a month, but with how busy I am running the companies, it was either a choice for me to release one video a month, or have someone else help out on the weeks I wasn't able to do one. I think we are going to find someone great to help out with the videos, but please make sure to vote in the upcoming weeks so that we can get someone who everyone really likes. Thanks so much, my friend! I really appreciate it!
