Yeah but band merch is definitely pricey, i'm canadian so my money's basically worthless but tshirts (depending on the band) can range from $50‐$150 and hoodies tend to be upwards of $200. Idk what Bert charges for merch but it's not like his point isn't valid

@@JoshRudi thanks to the contracts a lot of bands are still stuck in. Merch is the only way they actually make money. Ticket and album sales go straight back to the record company. So I don't mind buying merch from musicians or smaller comedians using it to supplement their lower ticket prices at small venues. But Bert's making money hand over fist before merch already.

I went to Fully Loaded and it was cool seeing all those people but at that point you’re just watching a production and my favorite part about clubs is how intimate it is. I would rather spend the money seeing those people individually instead of the arena.
