Congratulations on Makkah victory. I'm listening/ watching it today December 13 2018 , 4 year after uploaded it. In my opinion, the Surat un nabi ( life of prophet Mohammed pbuh ) is for generations to get true guidance of Islam to spread it among people regardless geography, caste , colour. Allahuakbar. 1. Story of Umme Hane: Female cousin of prophet (s) and full sister of Ali ibn Abi Talib gave protection to her in-laws. They had done something against Ali (ra) and they needed protection from Ali (ra). She brought this matter to prophet (s). She converted at the conquest of Makkah. Prophet (s) said that she can give protection to them. Ibn Za'beri (Umme Hane) later fled and came back to accept Islam. Note: It is allowed to give protection to anyone one wants, Muslim or non-Muslim. A person of any age, gender, status etc. Note:When Umme Hane came to visit prophet(s), she saw him perform 8 rakah of Salat-ut-Duha. He prayed this salah in a privacy of his home. This saleh is prayed between sunrise and noon. Note: Prophet (s) stayed in makkah for more or less 19 days and he shortened his salah in those days. He prayed 2. Abu Talib's eldest sons Talib and then A'qeel. After Muslim's hijrah, A'qeel sold Abu Talib's property which prophet (s) approved. Prophet (S) and Ali (ra) did not have a property, a home to live in Makkah. Khadijah (ra)'s house was also confiscated by mushriks. So prophet (s) lived in a tent outside of Makkah in a place called 3. people of Makkah forbid them to worship Idols and drink alcohol. Every home had idols and alcohol which people started to sell them for cheap. This is when prophet (s) told them that they can not even sell idols and alcohol because whatever is not permissible for you (good), you don't even give/ sell it to others. That is when alcohol was dumped in the streets of Makkah. 4. One sahabah was rich who had two daughters, Saad ibn abi Waqqaas wanted to give his property to people outside of the list who get their due share by Quran/ Islam. He wanted to give 2/3 of his wealth to others and 1/3 to his daughters. Property forbid that by saying even 1/3 is a lot for others. it is better to give share to your blood relation Only allowed to leave 1/3 of your property (max) 5. A high status woman stole something and she got caught. She approached osama ibn Zayd to intercede on her behalf to lower the punishment. That is when prophet (s) said sternly that "if his daughter Fatima committed a crime, even his daughter would not be spared of any punishment."

Each believer having option to offer protection on his own is an interesting feature of Islamic states. Duha begins after the sun has risen more rather than the sunrise listed. The morning prayer of 8 bow sets was a teaching that was done away from the group om Ramadan like the after dusk and after rest prayers were also said more secretly. The general people would have rarely witnessed either. Temporary marriage makes no sense in the case of the complete list of the Quranic conditions. Enjoying a marriage that didn't last is not the same thing as planning for it to be termed. The limit of only being able to will away a third of the estate would solve many problems with society. Many problems of society would also largely go away if criminal history was dismissed after their punishment and people were to assume the best case in the face of rumours. Shirk survived after the conquest according to the major Sunni narrators. It juts lost its open and dominate status. If we are to want the good for others that we want for ourselves, the major and minor sins would be abhorrent to support in others. The axe being put around the neck of the statue of Al``oozzaaa at The Temple of The Mighty She Khalid ibn Waleed having people killed of the Banu Jalimah, because they didn't accept Islam without finding out if it was okay is not something any generation after would have tolerated, but the blood money due to his ignorance was an important step and some allowance may have been granted knowing his future.

But I remember from one previous see rah lesson that umm honey was pmsas was hazrath halimas's daughter pmsas foster sister, she comes to see him in the tent and when he cannot recognize her she talks about the bite he had given her on her back and shows it to him. She has the claim to salat duha the only hadeeth for salat ad duha.

Episodes 76 - 81 Notes: Part 6 and Final Part Fun Trivia fact: The Prophet SAW stated that, “anyone who is in the Haram, in their own house or in Abu Sufyan RAs house, will be safe” when the Muslim army conquers Makkah. This was a great honour for Abu Sufyan RA. Fun Trivia fact: The Prophet SAW as he did Tawaf recited Ayah 81 from Surah Al Isra which states “And Say, Truth has come and falsehood has vanished. Indeed falsehood is ever bound to depart”. Fun Trivia fact: There are reports by Ibn Sa’d that, the Prophet SAW found within the Ka’ba, images of Isa AS and Maryam AS. These reports are weak and do not make sense, as the Quraysh had nothing to do with either of these individuals. Fun Trivia fact: The custodianship of the Ka’ba was the responsibility of Uthman Ibn Talha RAs tribe and the Banu Hashim were responsible for feeding the pilgrims. Fun Trivia fact: The Prophet SAW prayed within the Ka’ba after the Conquest of Makkah. However, there are two opinions on when he did this. Either it was done before the sermon to the Quraysh or after it. Fun Trivia fact: Praying within the Ka’ba is an established Sunnah. Fun Trivia fact: Allah SWT only allowed the Prophet SAW the right to engage in warfare, within the Haram and even this was only for a certain part of the day. Fun Trivia fact: Wahshi RA even after embracing Islam, had a serious drinking problem and he was lashed for this many times. Fun Trivia fact: Al Harith RA was the brother of Abu Jahal. Al Harith RA was the one who asked the Prophet SAW, “how does the Wahi come down to you?” and the Prophet SAW told him. Sometime after he asked this, Umar RA called Al Harith RA to witness the Prophet SAW in his trance like state, when Wahi was being revealed. Fun Trivia fact: Ibn Umar RA once stated that “We would love it when an intelligent bedouin came to Medinas”. This is because, such individuals were likely to ask the questions that, the Sahabah RA are too shy to ask the Prophet SAW. Fun Trivia fact: The Battle of Yarmouk is the famous battle between the early Muslims and the Romans. The Muslims won this battle and it opened up the kingdom of the Romans for the Muslims. Fun Trivia fact: Even though the Muslims won the Battle of Yarmouk, they suffered significant losses, of these were Ikrimah RA and Al Harith RA. Fun Trivia fact: At the Battle of Yarmouk, a boy came around to give water to those who were mortally wounded. He first gave water to Al Harith RA but, Al Harith saw Ikrimah RA who was also wounded and told the boy to give it to him instead. Ikrimah RA saw Ayyash Ibn Abi Rabi’a RA who was also wounded and told him to give the cup to him instead. By the time the boy got to Ayyash RA, he saw Ayyash RA had passed away and when he looked back, both Ikrimah RA and Al Harith RA had passed away too. The boys water cup was still full and none of them had drank from it. Each cared about the other more. Fun Trivia fact: The Prophet SAW had Umar RA take the oaths of, the women of Makkah, as he never touched a non-Mahram woman in his life. Fun Trivia fact: Niqab was worn and practiced by women during the lifetime of the Prophet SAW. This is a fact from the Seerah and thus the Niqab is not something that was imported into Islam. One example of this is Hind Bint Utbah, who wore it when she pledged her allegiance at Mount Safa, after the Conquest of Makkah. Fun Trivia fact: There are several times in the Seerah where the Prophet SAW is told something by Allah SWT through Jibreel AS. This can be of someone plotting against him or feeling negative things. But, when the Prophet SAW acts upon this Ilm. He always first gets the testimony of those whose Niyyah has been foretold to him by Allah SWT. This shows the Prophet SAWs character, he doesn’t doubt the Allah SWT, but rather he has a righteous character. Fun Trivia fact: The Prophet SAW performed no Umrah during the Conquest of Makkah. But performed many Tawafs. Fun Trivia fact: The only hadith we have of the Prophet SAW praying Salaat Al Duha is the one narrated by Fakhitah RA, when she saw him pray 8 Rakaats in his house. Fun Trivia fact: The Prophet SAW stated that, the best time to pray Salaat Al Duha is when, it’s the hottest. Fun Trivia fact: The Prophet SAW stated that, “Whoever prays 4 Rakaats of Salaat Al Duha, then Allah SWT will suffice till the end of that day”. 2 Rakaats is the minimum, 4 Rakaats is recommended and 8 Rakaats is Sunnah. Fun Trivia fact: Abu Talib had 4 sons. Jaffar RA became Muslim and died at Battle of Mu’tah. Ali RA became the 4th Khulifah Rashidun. Talib died prior to the Conquest of Makkah. Aqil RA became Muslim post Conquest of Makkah and he is the father of Muslim Ibn Aqil RA. Fun Trivia fact: The new Muslims poured alcohol into the streets because they were forbidden from selling it. Fun Trivia fact: You are only allowed to give a maximum of 1/3 of your inheritance, to people that are not listed in the Qur’an. Fun Trivia fact: The Prophet SAW once said that “If my daughter Fatimah RA did a crime, I would punish her”. This shows how much the Prophet SAW values justice. Fun Trivia fact: The Prophet SAW only fought a minority of the Arab tribes in his lifetime and there was no full war against all Arab tribes. Once the Quraysh and their allies fell, the rest all submitted. Fun Trivia fact: It is Sunnah for an older men/women to dye their hair a different colour. Fun Trivia fact: Ibn Abbas RA who is the greatest Mufassir of Qur’an, believed Surah An Nasr was a message from Allah SWT to the Prophet SAW informing him that, his life is coming to an end now that, he has conquered Makkah. So, he should begin preparing for his meeting with Allah SWT in Akhirah. Fun Trivia fact: The Prophet SAW stated that, “Do not insult my companions for Wallahi, even if you gave the mountain of Uhud in gold, it would not be comparable to even a handful of what they gave”. This was said to Khalid RA after his actions in the Expedition to Banu Jadhimah. This Hadith is one of the main reasons Sunni Muslims respect the Sahabah RA. Fun Trivia fact: The Prophet SAW broke his fast and so did the Sahabah RA after leaving Medina, on their way to the Conquest of Makkah. All the good in these notes is from Allah SWT and all the mistakes are from myself. But, I was very meticulous and tried my best to make sure everything is accurate as the Sheikh mentions it. You also will see I have added “Fun Trivia facts” under each of my notes. These FTFs are information YQ said that was off topic or not necessary to include in my notes for the episode. But, they were still worth mentioning hence the inclusion as FTFs. FTFs aren’t always HAPPY pieces of information. Sometimes they are very sad trivia. I just want to say that FTF is the phrase I used for them all collectively when making the notes.
